Lograsso Named Executive Vice President of
Sales & Marketing for UniGroup, Inc. |

ST. LOUIS - John Lograsso has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing for UniGroup, Inc., the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, and other transportation-related companies. The announcement was made by Richard H. McClure, president of UniGroup.
"The sales and marketing needs of UniGroup have taken on new dimensions in recent years," said McClure. "John has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills during his time with our company and will bring a valuable perspective to crafting our sales and marketing strategies."
In his new capacity, Lograsso will supervise the sales and marketing functions for United Van Lines and Mayflower. Lograsso has more than 24 years of progressive operational and managerial experience and has held senior leadership positions within UniGroup for numerous years. In his new capacity, he will draw upon the experience he gained overseeing the United Van Lines sales organization during the mid- and late-1990s. Prior to his new position, Lograsso served as Executive Vice President of Business Development, a role for which he will continue to have responsibility. Lograsso will report to Patrick Larch, president of Transportation Services Group, an operating unit within UniGroup.
Lograsso is a member of the board of directors for The St. Louis Italian Open for Children's Charities and a past member of the board of directors for Primacy Relocation. He also serves as the committee co-chairman for the Denny "Duke" Eagan Annual Memorial Golf Tournament (to benefit the American Heart Association - St. Louis Chapter) and is a member of the advisory board for the Sisters of Notre Dame Tutorial Center.
UniGroup, Inc., a $2 billion transportation and relocation services company based in suburban St. Louis, Mo., operates one of the largest privately owned trucking fleets in the United States. It also owns other subsidiaries that provide goods and services to professional movers.
