Jesse Frandsen, regional director of global business development, and David Gonzalez, managing director of sales and marketing, for UniGroup Worldwide UTS, a global mobility management company, recently earned their Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

The GMS, a training-based designation, was developed by Worldwide ERC, the association for workforce mobility, to educate those who work with mobile employees in the United States and around the world. The GMS training is delivered through three full-day educational modules, each providing training in an essential global area, and addresses the intercultural challenges of conducting global business.

“As a global supplier, we felt it was important to learn about the challenges our clients face to develop world-class tools and resources to support them in their quest to recruit, acclimatize and retain the finest in the global talent pool,” said Gonzalez.
