McCollister's Transportation Named to the NJWMA Circle of Excellence

The New Jersey Warehousemen & Movers Association (NJWMA) has named McCollister’s Transportation Group of Burlington, an agent for United Van Lines, its latest Circle of Excellence Mover Member. To qualify as a Circle of Excellence mover, the company must display professional competence and adherence to ethical standards on the part of movers operating in the state of New Jersey.

According to the NJWMA, certification signifies that a moving company has agreed to operate under industry standards beyond the minimums required by law, thus ensuring a commitment to the highest levels of customer service and consumer satisfaction.

“With 61 years of moving tradition, McCollister’s is a truly unique company focused on delivering a superb service experience,” said Dennis Mazar, senior vice president for McCollister’s Transportation. “Headquartered in Burlington, N.J., McCollister’s combines sophisticated systems and experience with the best brands and is relentless delivering to its service commitments."

McCollister’s has been honored as IGC Partner of the Year and is a past recipient of the Amdahl Quality Supplier Award. It recently received the SBC Supplier Recognition Award and was recognized as one of the Top 50 Employers in Southern New Jersey by the Courier Post.

McCollister’s operates 12 full-service locations nationally and specializes in home relocations, white glove domestic and international services, expedited transportation, truckload and less-than-truck load, flatbed, office moving and storage services.

The New Jersey Warehousemen and Movers Association, located in Toms River, N.J. was established in 1969 to provide its members with the latest education, instruction and training on the rules and regulations mandated by the New Jersey State Division of Consumer Affairs, as well as to keep its members up to date on all Federal Regulations. Today the NJWMA has more than 400 members who represent moving, packing and storage companies; moving industry suppliers; and representatives from the Tariff Bureau.
