United Van Lines Names Recipients of Annual "Heart of Quality" Award

  

United Van Lines has honored the following individuals with the annual “Heart of Quality” award, which was created to recognize move coordinators throughout the van line.

The recognition acknowledges excellent individual performance as measured by United’s customers on its post-move survey. Winners were chosen within agency size categories in the United system for calendar year 2006. The awardees were chosen from the more than 450 domestic United agencies.

Jarnig, Schroeder Moving Systems, Inc., New Berlin, Wis.; Cris Blome-Harmon, Armstrong Relocation Company, Lavergne, Tenn.; Tammy Cerroni, Schroeder Moving Systems, Inc., New Berlin, Wis.; Marianne Robinson, Earle W. Noyes & Sons Moving Specialist, Portland, Maine; Daren Droppers, Mergenthaler Transfer & Storage Co., Bozeman, Mont.; Natalie M. Vertucci, Bohren’s Moving & Storage, Inc., West Palm Beach, Fla.; Kathryn R. Jones, Union Transfer and Storage Company, Inc., Arden, N.C.; Barrett Meyers, Smith Drey Line & Storage Co., Inc., Columbia, S.C.; Jennifer Wojtanowski, Horizon Moving Systems of Sierra Vista, Inc., Sierra Vista, Ariz.; Joany Miller, Fry-Wagner Moving & Storage, Columbia, Mo.; Tom Ogilby, Ogilby Transfer and Storage, Rockford, Ill.; and Karen Staffaroni, Robert B. Cellitti Moving & Storage, Inc., Sunbury, Penn.

An integral part of the moving process, it is the move coordinator’s role to serve as a single point of contact for the customer and all service providers throughout the entire move, so that the relocation experience is successful from the preparation through the final delivery stages. This award, added to the already existing Customer Choice Awards, continues the van line’s commitment to consistently delivering quality service to its customers.
