Hilldrup Moving and Storage Opens New Location

ATLANTA, Ga. -- The Hilldrup Companies, an agent for United Van Lines, recently entered the Atlanta market through the acquisition of an existing United agency. Hilldrup will utilize this full-service moving and storage facility to more efficiently serve the metropolitan Atlanta market, as well as the entire state of Georgia.

Onie Girton will serve as the general manager of Hilldrup’s Atlanta office. She was previously the general manager of Hilldrup’s Burlington, N.C., office where she successfully led for more than three years.

Girton has more than 12 years of diversified experience in the moving and storage industry, all with the Hilldrup organization. She earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and her master’s degree in business administration from Elon College, Elon, N.C.
