CLEVELAND, Ohio – Established in 1908, Andrews Moving & Storage, an agent for United Van Lines, is proud to be celebrating 100 years of service.
The agency is currently owned by Tom Marshall, who took over ownership when his father Jack Marshall stepped down in 1980. Tom Marshall’s two children, Taylor and Cara, worked their way up in the agency and are now in leadership positions, preparing for the third generation of ownership.
Andrews Moving & Storage celebrated its 100th anniversary with a month-long celebration in July. The events included everything from a company picnic to a relaxed dress code, and from prize drawings to a car wash for employees.
Andrews performs more than several thousand domestic and international household moves a year, and prides itself on being one of the most customer-driven moving companies in the country. Through its use of advanced technology, Andrews maintains constant communication throughout the company and with its customers.
In addition to household goods moving services, Andrews provides transportation and warehousing services for office, electronics, exhibit, and other high value products – both domestic and international.
“Our skilled and knowledgeable staff and the diversity within our core transportation services are the primary reasons for our success and longevity,” said Chris Palange, Chief Operating Officer.
