| The Fontainebleau Resort just completed a $1 billion dollar restoration in which the K & S team stored more than 1,800 computer and entertainment systems and carefully installed each one in a guest room at the resort. Because the computer and entertainment systems were the finishing touch on the newly renovated rooms, K & S was required to provide white glove service to ensure the rooms remained flawless throughout the move and installation. |

| “The time table for installation was especially challenging, as we had two shifts working from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. for 14 straight days,” said David Katzenstein, president of K & S. |

| The Fontainebleau Resort is one of Miami Beach’s most famous resorts. The hotel was first opened in 1954 and was a favorite retreat for Elvis Presley, Bob Hope, Sammy Davis, Jr., Rock Hudson, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra and Richard Nixon, among others. Additionally, it was the site of two different James Bond films. |

| Katzenstein noted that this moving, storing, and installation project has opened the door for K & S Moving Systems in this type of arena, and the moving agency now has three similar projects in progress. |
