As part of Straight Talk Advantage, United has teamed up with tech support task force Geek Squad to provide customers with technology services and support, ensuring their computers and home theaters are up and running in their new homes in no time.

Among the many moving service enhancements available, United Van Lines customers can add technology expertise from Geek Squad to help with:
PC Setup – Geek Squad will help customers get computer equipment ready to use – taking the hassle out of setting up a PC – and ensure all equipment functions properly.
PC Networking – Geek Squad can install secured wireless networks for customers to share Internet, printers and files from anywhere at home.
Home Theater Setup – United customers can sit back, relax and let Geek Squad take the pain out of setting up a home theater system.
United’s Straight Talk Advantage relocation packages can be customized with additional protection and moving services to meet individual needs, including:
Gold Standard Protection – If an item in a set is damaged and cannot be fixed or replaced to match the set, United will replace or pay for the entire set’s replacement value.
Date Change – Coordinating a move is a challenge. United’s date change service allows flexibility to change the date of a move without charge.
Increased Destination Waiting Time – Being in the right place at the right time can be tough, so United will wait at the final move destination until the customer arrives.
Additional Delay Payment – Time is money, and if United picks up or delivers belongings after the promised time, compensation will be offered for the delay.
Destination Connection Assistance – Through a third-party concierge service, United will assist with the small details, including gathering community information and setting up utility connections.
Moving service options may be purchased individually or as part of a package. Customers may choose from seven relocation packages, which offer significant value to the customer.
