UNITED VAN LINES’ LARRY FRY ELECTED AMSA CHAIRMAN;
JOHN LOGRASSO NAMED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

| ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Larry D. Fry, president of Fry-Wagner Moving & Storage, an agent for United Van Lines, has been elected as the new chairman of the American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA), the trade association for the U.S. moving industry. |

Additionally, John Lograsso, executive vice president of UniGroup, United Van Lines’ parent company, was elected to AMSA’s Board of Directors. |

The leadership changes took place at AMSA’s annual meeting during the association’s 2009 Conference & Expo in Dallas.

| “I’m honored to become chairman of AMSA,” said Fry, who had been the group’s vice chairman during 2008. “This is a very challenging time for our industry and the country, but I’m confident that our members have the fortitude to hang in there and continue to provide America with safe, professional and reliable moving services.” |

| “AMSA has a long heritage,” he added, “although Fry-Wagner has been around longer!” Fry’s company, based in Kansas City, Kan., marked 100 years in operation in 2008; and has locations in St. Louis, Springfield and Columbia, Mo.; as well as Belleville, Ill. He is the fourth generation of his family to operate the business, starting as a helper sweeping floors and folding pads at age 13. Fry-Wagner has been a stockholding agent of United Van Lines for 25 years. His firm received the 2008 Moving and Storage Agent of the Year Service Excellence Award during this week’s conference. |

| Fry is committed to public service, and as a result, Fry-Wagner is deeply involved in charitable activates in the Kansas City community. He is an alumnus of the University of Kansas and resides in Overland Park, Kan., with his wife and three sons. |
