ON PHASE 1 OF 128,550-SQUARE-FOOT FACILITY

| WINDSOR, Conn. – It all begin 94 years ago with a man, a truck and a dream for better life for his family. That’s the backbone of William B. Meyer, Inc., an agent for United Van Lines. It is now a fourth-generation, family-owned transportation, storage and logistics company that has creatively expanded and diversified over the past nine decades to become one of the largest transportation companies in the Northeast. William B. Meyer, Inc. recently broke ground on its newest facility encompassing more than 128,550 square feet of office and warehouse space in Phase 1 of construction that sits on 24 acres of land in Windsor and Bloomfield, Conn. The property is located at 175 Great Pond Drive and approximately 75 employees will work there when the building is completed in March 2010. |

Governor M. Jodi Rell attended the official groundbreaking ceremony held in Windsor today and congratulated William B. Meyer, Inc. President Tom Gillon and his executive team on their foresight to expand within the heart of the state of Connecticut and wished them well with this endeavor.

Day” in the state of Connecticut.
