UNIGROUP’S ANNUAL REPORT WINS INCLUSION IN 2009 INTERNATIONAL
ARC AWARDS HONORING EXCELLENCE IN ANNUAL REPORTS

| NEW YORK, N.Y. – The 2008 UniGroup Annual Report has been awarded inclusion in the 2009 International ARC Awards competition, honoring outstanding achievement in annual reports. |

This annual competition is judged by an international panel of investor relations executives, financial executives, writers, designers and photographers.

The report was awarded a Silver Award within the overall annual report category for its industry. This is the third year in a row that this award has been garnered for the UniGroup, Inc. annual report.

| The ARC Awards received more than 1,800 entries from 25 countries including Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. |

In addition, the winners of the ARC Awards will be exhibited in New York as well as The Museum of Art and Commerce In Hamburg, Germany. The Hamburg exhibit is sponsored under the patronage of the German Department of Economy and Labor.
