| ST. LOUIS -- Nine agent representatives of UniGroup, Inc., the parent company of United Van Linesand other transportation-related companies, have been elected to its board of directors. Their election was announced by Richard H. McClure, president and chief operating officer of UniGroup. |

Kevin Head, CEO and President of Mesa Systems, Inc., Grand Junction, Colo., and Robert (Chip) Dircks, president of Dircks Moving, Logistics and Real Estate, Phoenix, Ariz., were appointed to the board. Re-elected to two-year terms were David R. Harrison, Conlon Moving Systems, Seekonk, Mass.; Katherine Holman, Holman Moving Systems, New Castle, Del.; C. Darrell Horne, Horne Moving Systems, Inc., Raleigh, N.C.; David Corrigan, Corrigan Moving Systems, Farmington Hills, Mich.; Steve Herman, AAction Movers, Bismark, N.D.; Richard Anderson, Armstrong Moving & Storage, Austin, Texas; and Larry Smith, Glen Ellyn Storage Corp., Addison, Ill. |

| During its organizational meeting, the board chose its officers, electing H. Daniel McCollister, McCollister’s Transportation Group, Inc., Burlington, N.J., as chairman and chief executive officer; David Corrigan as vice chairman; and David Sabada, A-Mrazek Moving Systems, St. Louis, Mo., as secretary, and re-elected Steve Herman as treasurer. |
