UNIGROUP, INC. NAMES MAN AND WOMAN OF THE YEAR

| ST. LOUIS – Barbara Budde and Bill Eyermann have been named Man and Woman of the Year for 2008 by UniGroup, Inc., the parent company of United Van Lines and other transportation-related companies. The announcement was made by Richard H. McClure, president and chief operating officer of UniGroup. |

Budde and Eyermann were selected on the basis of professional performance and contributions to the achievement of corporate and departmental goals. The company has honored a Man and Woman of the Year annually since 1969. |

Budde joined UniGroup in 1984 as an Information Center Coordinator and has continued to play a key role in research and information gathering for our organization, working in areas such as End User Computing, Market Research and Research Services. She currently serves as an Information Analyst.

| Eyermann began working at UniGroup in 1982 as a compiler in the Rates & Tariffs department. He steadily worked his way up in the organization, being promoted to Supervisor of the Household Goods Pricing area of Rates & Tariffs in 1985, and earning the role of manager of that area in 2000. |
