ST. LOUIS- Nine agent representatives of UniGroup, Inc., the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transportation-related companies, have been elected to its Board of Directors. President of UniGroup, Richard H. McClure, announced their election.
Daryl R. Flood, president of Daryl Flood Warehouse and Movers, Inc., Dallas, and John F. Sabatalo, president of Planes Moving and Storage, Westchester, Ohio, were appointed to the board.
Thomas E. Andresen, Jr., T.E. Andresen, Inc., Salem, Mass.; H. Daniel McCollister, McCollister’s Transportation, Burlington, N.J.; Barry S. Vaughn, Suddath Relocation Systems, Jacksonville, Fla.; David S. Sabada, A-Mrazek Moving Systems, Kirkwood, Mo.; Richard K. Smith, Corporate Moving Systems, Inc., Kent, Wash.; J. Martin McLaughlin, McLaughlin Transportation Systems, Inc., Nashua, New Hampshire; Steven E. Komorous, King Relocation Services, Santa Fe Springs, Calif. were re-elected to two-year terms.
The nine were elected by fellow Shareholders during the company’s annual meeting, held recently at the Hyatt Regency at The Arch in St. Louis.
