UNITED VAN LINES HONORS OUTSTANDING MOVE COORDINATORS
WITH ANNUAL“HEART OF QUALITY” AWARD


ST. LOUIS – United Van Lines has recognized eleven move coordinators across the country for their outstanding service with the annual “Heart of Quality” award.

Honorees were chosen from United’s 450 domestic moving agencies based on customer feedback from a post-move survey and agency size. Customers recognized each individual for having excellent performance.

It is the move coordinator’s role to serve as a single point of contact for the customer and all moving service providers throughout the entire move, so that the relocation experience is successful from the preparation through the final delivery stages. It is an integral part of the moving process.

This award, added to the already existing Customer Choice Awards, continues the van line’s commitment to consistently delivering quality service to its customers.
