United Van Lines recently presented its annual Heart of Quality award, which was created to recognize move coordinators throughout the van line who provide customers with exceptional service.
The recognition acknowledges excellent individual performance as measured by United’s customers on its post-move survey. Winners and honorable mention recipients were chosen within agency size categories in the United system for their performance during 2017. Honorees were chosen from move coordinators at more than 300 domestic United Van Lines agencies.
The winners were: Heather Anderson, A-Mrazek Moving Systems, Inc., St. Louis, Missouri; Jennifer Bennett, Planes Moving & Storage, Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio; Jessica Crenshaw, Armstrong Relocation, Dallas, Texas; Phyllis Harmon, Earle W. Noyes & Sons Moving Specialists, Portland, Maine; Lindsey Jaskulski, Corrigan Moving Systems, Chicago, Illinois; Terri Merson, T.E. Andresen, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts; Bonnie Robison, Corrigan Moving Systems, Flint, Michigan; Maggie Smith, Armstrong Relocation, Charlotte, North Carolina; Jennifer Storms, Clancy Relocation & Logistics, Patterson, New York; and Lauren Zody, Zody’s Moving & Storage, Inc., Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
