The move was handled in an excellent manner. As I observed your workers not one time did I see containers thrown around they were all handled very carefully

Initially, things were GREAT.. then I was advised that the container would not be onsite to pack and I was not pleased.. however, the mover made arrangements and brought the container for packing. all went well and communication was the key.

courteous and efficient at all levels--from Gary and Marcus coordinating the move to the actual moving guys who were very professional and able.

The team was fantastic. No major damage. The only thing is that all boxes were not labeled but that’s not a big deal.

Service far exceeded my expectations.The guys did a fantastic job loading the truck with our house and then unloading into the storage facility. This included taking apart a pool table as well as a treadmill that had to be partially taken apart to make it out of the door. I hope I never have to move again, but if so, I would definitely call Armstrong!

Very smooth and easy with no surprises

My overall move experience was very positive. I only had one item not arrive in its original condition and it was an item that was easily replaceable. The packing crew on the front end did a great job. They arrived when they were supposed to and were very pleasant. The unloading crew were absolutely fantastic. They were personable, efficient, and accommodating to my scheduling needs. I was disappointed in how it took to get an update regarding the estimated delivery date. However, once I spoke directly with the driver I quickly received the update I needed and we worked out a delivery date and time that suited both of us.

The movers who came to pack up our house, load up the truck, and unload the truck were all very professional. I felt like they listened to my concerns and took appropriate care of my things, particularly during unloading and moving the items into our new home.

On time!for both pickup & delivery! Courteous, thoughtful and thorough. Asked about items when in question did not just assume they knew, that goes for both pickup & delivery as two completely different teams.

All my stuff arrived where it needed to be according to the timeline I was given. I was very happy.

Moving is a difficult and trying experience. The United Van Line staff was professional, and assisted where needed to ensure the move was as pleasant as possible.

My experience focused on the driver. Joe was very professional and very proactive about getting his job done. Armstrong relocation was a good partner to manage my move. There seemed to be some communication challenges between them and United relating to information conveyed to me.

Carefully packed and moved. Only one item damaged, and Armstrong is handling this with professionalism and courtesy. I would have NO reservations recommending them, especially Ken the driver

We had used Armstrong in our previous move and had such a good experience, we wanted to use them again. From Steven to Truc everything administratively was perfect. The driver, David, and all his crews were great. We were trying to beat "Harvey" and ended up delivering a day early!

Everything about the move was excellent, except for some of the third party services. Everyone involved from Steve Hartmann, to the packers, to the movers were the epitome of professionalism. Our driver, JIM, was absolutely the best I have every worked with. Steve brought a level of customer service which was unmatched in any move I have ever done.

The entire team at Armstrong were fantastic! Marcus was a tremendous help, and really came through to allow for the most seemless move I have ever had!

The entire process was very easy for my family and I. Professional and caring workers that took very good care of my items.

From the estimate to the call following delivery, everyone I encountered -- including the man in the warehouse who showed me how to use the mirror boxes -- were so helpful. Moving can be so stressful, and I can say that everyone at United worked to make the experience as smooth as possible. The team at United did not contribute to the stress I was feeling which is just a part of it.

The entire experience has been excellent.

I'm so thankful that United Van Lines was able to help me with my big move from Pelham, AL to Nashville, TN at such short notice in the same day I was planning to move with another moving company that canceled on me last minute when I had scheduled a week in advance!! Excellent driver who managed everything in a highly professional manner. The crew at loading was extremely good and efficient. The unloading crew was good but a little too fast. Everything was on time and managed properly.
