Excellent quote/sales experience. Honest, efficient, and accurate pricing. Movers were careful, professional, and fast. Really liked that the mover that picked up our stuff was the same that was driving and delivering it to the final destination. Gave us a ton of peace of mind with the processes. The app to pay, view documents, etc was also very helpful.

Joe Colburn/estimator, Janae Aumua/coordintor, and the delivery/unpack team were excellent. The pack/pickup team was a little careless. I believe it was a capable team leader with an inexperienced crew.

The move from California to Aurora, IL and the delivery of my furniture was great. However, somewhere between storage of my furniture in California and pick up of my furniture in California one of my queen bed frames was damaged. The long distance Driver did an excellent job of keeping me informed and the guys who brought my furniture into my new home did a great job of unloading and placing my furniture and belongings in the house.

Great job packing up my stuff and putting it in the cubes. A few broken items on the arrival side.

The move itself was great. Thomas and the packing crew in Oakland were great. Gary, our driver was AMAZING. Billing was a bit of a mess but we got it straightened out in the end.

Was disappointed at communication about the date for delivery of furnishings. Really appreciated and enjoyed all the workers-for load out, packing, driving, unloading. Some pieces were broken, which was also disappointing.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used United and have always been happy with the experience!

Estimate was right on target. No extra charges -packers and movers were professional. And I had complete faith in the driver. only issue was at the end of the road which unfortunately had to be memorial day weekend. The local moving team was in a hurry to leave and a couple of things I thought would have been put back together again weren't but maybe I misunderstood they did put together the benches and table, legs, etc., but not the shelving or connecting the TV

Our move was very complex: car transport, pickup from two sites, full pack, delivery to 3 sites in 2 different states. Everything went smoothly. We have a claim to make for a broken item, so we will see how that goes. All staff was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with (and there were many of them).

2 things could have made it perfect. More accurate description of content on boxes and more communication on ETA when in transit.

Damien and staff were very aware that this was a big move for me. They were professional and friendly and answered all my questions though out the process. They came on time going and arriving. nothing was broken and they assembled the beds and tables as they said they would. this was the best easiest move I've ever had.

Needed to save cost by packing/unpacking a lot of my stuff. The rep, driver, and all concerned worked with me to lower my bill.
