Good overall. Some boxes were damaged. Everyone was warm, helpful, and friendly.

The personnel who handled our possessions were awesome. The person who performed the estimate did not take the time to accurately assess the job. The truck arrived with a damaged roof that required the crew to fix it (approximately 1 hour) before starting to actually load.

Steve was an excellent representative for United Van Lines! We felt truly blessed to have him handle our belongings! His experience and his ability to show the customer that he cares are traits that are are unreachable; he deserves to be richly rewarded for the job that he does!

The move was extremely difficult due to my location, the date of the move, and the weather. All the staff from Tom Walsh giving me an estimate twice and Julie in the office, to the local packers, local loaders who went over and above, to the semi driver were considerate, conscientious, friendly and hard workers. I feel that I was being well taken care of.

Very nice professional staff at origin . Driver was excellent , at destination his helpers were nice, and helpful, though very slow moving boxes and household items in. 3 items were found damaged .

From start of the process to the end of delivery, very smooth. We were kept informed and updated with everything.

Price was great. Always answered our questions. Free boxes. Packers were professional and very courteous. Driver kept us well informed. Van arrived at exactly the time indicated, and not one thing was broken or lost. We give United an A in every respect.

Julie was our coordinator. She was polite and knowledgeable. Josh, Toto, and Thomas moved us. They were very helpful, polite and professional.

Everything went very smoothly look I appreciated everybody that we worked with, they were all very professional.

Office staff (Julie) was very responsive and helpful. Packers were efficient. Loading was not done as originally planned but was completed in a timely manner. Weakest part was putting together of furniture upon delivery. Delivery was made within the 12-day window but split-delivery items took weeks.

We felt that the service we received was generally excellant. From the initial estimate, the coordinator,the packers, loarding team and especially our driver, Jimmy, m were professional.All seemed responsive and interested in our questions and concerns.

Overall, our experience with United was excellent. Both the delivery and pick-up personnel were professional and respectful of our belongings. It was unfortunate that delivery was ten days late - no reflection of the services the delivery people provided, but rather the ongoing challenge of large numbers of people leaving Illinois

Basically good move however the delivery was late by a couple of days. We were told delivery would happen between July 11-19. Actual delivery 7-22. Also, a couple of small damages occurred, glass in the china cabinet doors and a table leg was broken.

Drivers and load personnel very good. Need additional packer.

Overall experience was fine, although my load sat in Denver for almost two weeks before it was delivered.

all the employees of the company and the crew at both ends of the move were very good and helpful. I had no problems what so ever.

The experience was great from the first phone contact to the very end. Every person in the chain did their job with excellence and with great attitude. we were very impressed with the extra care and professionalism.

United provided lots of information to make the move as easy as possible. The 3 gentlemen that loaded us did a tremendous job. The 2 men that unloaded us (2 who loeaded us) really did a wonderful job.
