great team leader. great sales and follow up. poor help and a lot of wasted time. my wife and i actually had to actively participate in the set up at out new home.

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. United personnel were on-time, professional, courteous, helpful, reassuring, calming, efficient, hard-working, and attentive to our every need. Office personnel, especially Terry Douglas and Mark Oglesby, were responsive and helpful. Terry contacted us on a regular basis to keep us informed about the process and to answer any questions that we had. Our truck driver, Tyrone, was outstanding!! Our packers and loaders in TN -- Dustin, Keno, Chris, Johnny, Jeffrey -- were fantastic. Our unloaders in AZ -- Daniel and Lorenzo -- were superb. In short, every United/Armstrong person we dealt with were the best!

Everyone on the team was very polite and friendly. They were punctual and very hardworking. They were very careful with the packing. We did not have a single thing broken.

Packing was very good, but not all items were packed, loading crew ended up packing some items.

They were very easy to work with. This is our second move using them and would recommend them in the future. The team of gentlemen they sent were all very kind and courteous. I felt Very comfortable having them in our home and trusted them with our belongings.

United did an excellent job throughout our move. From the time they arrived to pick up our household goods to delivery of the last piece they handled our pieces with care. Every piece was delivered on time and undamaged. I definitely recommend United.

Very easy to schedule; Crews and driver were on time; crews took very good care of my items.

My complicated move was done by my choice in two moves to a location 3.5 hours away. The first move was excellent, as was the second move! Both United teams were here earlier than scheduled, were professional, prepared, on task, and kind. In both moves, all of my furniture and artworks were carefully packed and moved. I have not found one item damaged.

Outside of arriving at the wrong house to deliver the items, everything went well. I called and emailed that the delivery address was wrong and I was assured the driver would know.

Very good experience with your loading crew & unloading crew in both locations (GA to AZ) and working with the driver, Jabbar Anderson, was a super great experience! He was professional and provided all the information we needed along the way, giving us his personal attention to details. The best driver experience with all the moves I've had over 30 years, 8 cross country moves. We also enjoyed working with Stephanie Parham, Relocation Consultant, Armstrong Relocation in Chattanooga TN. She went beyond the call of duty even delivering free boxes, paper, & tape to us as we needed during our packing stage. Terri Douglass was our go to person during the move & after, and she provided excellent customer service with her updates on the moving process and follow up! Great team! Thank you!

Every move brings its challenges. Our packing and loading were superb, but there were some "opportunities" on the unload end. Armstrong Relocation's customer service during this time was superior. Issues were addressed promptly, courteously, and fairly. We are now in our new home, and shall recommend Armstrong Relocation to anyone needing to relocate.

Our movers, Broderick and Chris were excellent. We have moved 15 times and these gentlemen were professional, polite, efficient, and competent. They equaled my previous all time favorite mover, Bubba, who was also an Armstrong employee out of Birmingham. Bubba moved us so many times he knew our possessions as well as we did.
