Very easy to work with. Communication was excellent.

About the only nit is maybe the crew for unloading was a bit more careful in the from-California end than the new address end (Georgia). But both were very competent and got the job done.

I have a complaint which is we are missing a Toshiba laptop computer, kitchen cooking utensils, a set of stainless steel silverware,and several kitchen knives. We have looked at and emptied every box 3 times and these items are missing.

Very satisfied with Eric. He arrived promptly, and was very likable. The moving crew was competent. Everything arrived on time and intact.

Great crew loading and off loading our belongings in inclement weather. Richard, our driver and the person who seemed to be in charge, was courteous, efficient, and met the agreed upon days for pick up and delivery in spite of severe weather and road closures. We have yet to discover any damage to our property that is worth mentioning. We were very pleased, especially after a previous move from hell with Public Moving and Storage. We would highly recommend United and Sorenson's Moving and Storage in Chico, CA.

Overall everything was done on time, staff were great, especially the man in charge - only concern is that a fair number of items were broken during the move.

This was our first experience using a professional mover. I highly recommend it. The process was simple and straightforward. Only a few small items were broken (my packing) and everything arrived whole.

Erich deserves most of the credit. He kept everything on schedule, was extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with.

More pieces were damage than we thought would be. Also Boxes were missing. Our dishes and silverware box was not found and another box with office papers. We are pretty sure those boxes were in the storage.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the moving experience. The staff who came to pack the breakables were terrific. The staff who loaded the truck onsite and the staff who unloaded the truck at the destination were all professional and courteous. The representatives in the Chico, California office who set up the operations of the move were all professional and answered our questions promptly and to our satisfaction. The estimated price of the move did not have to be adjusted as it was accurate. The estimated time of arrival across country was conveyed to us and the truck arrived on time. Overall experience so far has been good, I guess. See, we had our belongs moved from Chico, Ca. to Henderson, Nv. and placed in storage until early Dec. So, I can't rated your service until our house is finished being built and we move our belongings from the storage unit to our house and unbox everything and see if anything is marred or broken.

We were impressed with the careful wrapping of paintings and the taking down & setting up of our bed and dining room table. The friendly & helpful attitude was appreciated at both our departure and new location areas. Overall: Excellent service!

The movers maintained the schedule they had outlined in advance, performed their duties in an efficient and professional manner; and, packed our belongings in a way which ensured their safe delivery.

Excellent service. Rick Sorenson came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with supplies we needed. The men who came out to do the actual loading of our furniture were professional and knowledgeable. The covered furniture to ensure it was not damaged. The driver who drove to our home was very professional. He delivered the items as promised and he brought workers who were also professional. Although there was one item that was damaged, they immediately took care of scheduling someone to come out and look at the problem. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mover.

Moving is stressful. But unite van van lines made it less so.

Very satisfied with communication

Movers forgot my glass insert to my coffee table,ran over a tree and just about took out my mailbox/newspaper box.On the bright side, one of the young men found my wedding ring which had been misplaced for several years, Thank you to him! Very nice and friendly movers and driver. Wish I had had one extra day between pick-up and delievery but understand it works out that way sometimes.

The experience with Sorensen’s was easy and completely nice to work with. They answered questions and made the moving of my credenza possible. I would recommend them hands down.

Price was a killer, however the driver & crews on both ends did a great job. Only thing so far is loss keys to the tool box, I had taped them on the side but they must’ve got knocked off somewhere . Again overall was great.

United is outstanding! Great movers on the load and unload ends. Driver was thorough and totally on time. Highly recommend United!

Driver (Troy) was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just overall made us feel comfortable about the move. One item was packed that should have been left and he offered to return it when he got back to Chico. We were also happily surprised that the refund we were due since there was no shuttle needed was paid by check when the driver arrived, we did not have to file a request for it - VERY good customer experience!

Excellent

This is the second time in three years we have used Sorenson's with Erich Prusse as the Van Operator. I specifically asked for Erick on the second move because of the wonderful experience we had with him three years earlier. He made a difficult move for me a pleasant move. Erich is the best of the best in my opinion. He is a really good leader to the workers at both ends of the move. Everyone on both ends worked well together and we all had a good time.

We've moved multiple times and this was probably the best experience we've had of any of them. Packers and movers were there on time and managed every aspect of the move efficiently, without incidents or drama.

In my opinion I thought the move was a little pricey. That is why I rated it 4 and not 5. The driver, Andy, and all his movers were excellent.

Our move was approximately 1,200 miles! Chico, CA to Sierra Vista, AZ. The loading in Chico was smooth, movers extremely courteous, careful, treated out stuff like it was their's... great group of guys. Unloading in AZ equally as smooth.

Efficient and very professional on both ends

United driver and his assistant were very friendly and efficient. They placed all my boxes and furniture where I requested

I had a very positive moving experience. United was able to work with some difficult timeline requests, and made our move very smooth and seamless. The driver, schedulers, movers were all hardworking and friendly. I would definitely recommend United to friends after this move.

I received all of my belongings plus a box of promotional sun glasses. I reported it to the van driver.

It was flawless. The packing and delivery team were amazing. The communication from the office was personal and timely.

Sorensen's moving was fabulous and their crews were very quick, courteous, and careful with my fragile family heirlooms. They even repaired an already broken table top before delivery at my new home! What a nice surprise and way above and beyond my expectations!

Theme was very smooth from the estimate to the loading and delivery. Great Job!

Overall, I was very happy with my move experience. Most especially, I was most impressed by the driver who delivered my household goods in Manson, WA,on April twenty third, his name is Keith something. His attitude was so positive, cheerful, helpful, and kind, that I could NOT have requested a better delivery driver. He also unloaded my entire load himself with this wonderful attitude, because it was a Sunday and he couldnt get help in the rural area in which I now live. I give him the highest recommendation. The only reason I did not give United the highest score was because the Redding packing and loading crew lead, Tim, didnt have a very good attitude and was a bit argumentative towards the apt manager who was trying to help him park the truck in the best lication, and myself. Later in the day, he mentioned he was leaving the company in two weeks, but hadnt given his notice.

Moving is upsetting and difficult. From our quote by Richard from Sorenson's in Chico, to the delivery by Eric at our destination - everything was comforting and professional.

Overall the move was handled very professionally and effectively.

Far better than I expected. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful. If I'd known up front what it would be like, I'd have relaxed and been far less stressed! Thanks to all of you.
