We had an excellent assessment of our home belongings and it was complicated due to our long residence in our home. The movers were great and we got excellent help in packing by independent workers associated with loading the United van. These workers assisted us and made the move possible. The driver was absolutely the BEST!!

The overall move went very well. I did pack my own things, so I am basing my judgment only on the guys moving the furniture and boxes. Michael Angelo was very competent and instilled confidence in me that my move would arrive safely. He kept very detailed track of every box and piece of furniture. He also knew his business very well and I learned quite a bit about the moving process in conversing with him.

Overall, the experience was a good one. I had my questions answered, all United staff were professional and courteous. When I had questions, they were prompt to answer. Most importantly, all my stuff arrived .

Driver Al was great; Mason was super on the load in to new home; packers from Denver - younger guys were great but lead did not do a good job - left items; drawers uppacked, two broken china plates

Overall the move went well, there was a little confusion about the actual delivery date and time but everything was resolved satisfactorily. Having the move coordinator, Brian Robinson, available was a big plus.

Packing, loading, moving, unloading were all great. Gil and his team were particularly helpful and hard working. Gil was attentive, and really worked hard. What a great guy. Thanks

The hand off between and among the different people involved in the move was very poor. However, the quality of the actual truck driver/mover made up for these significant missteps. First we had the bid...then we were told we'd have a moving coordinator. It took multiple calls to find out who that was (they didn't contact us first) and it was someone in Las Vegas (We went with a local Denver firm...). That person never had the info from the person who did the bid and it wasn't passed onto the driver. We lived on a narrow street in Denver and there were concerns about accessing our condo building. But the best and most ridiculous was that we started with United Van, and then a Mayflower truck showed up. This would have been nice to know. The Las Vegas coordinator was worthless. I think it leaves a poor impression when the handoff is so poor, especially since that is why we went with a national firm. The actual Driver was a superstar

I immediately felt confident that Gil & Liz would safely transport my things from Colorado to California. Communication with them & Brian in Las Vegas more than met my expectations.

Because of the timing it took a little work to get the move scheduled, but otherwise, things went great!

The movers were good at what they do, and gentle with our stuff. The driver covered everything he was taking on the truck, and put inventory stickers on everything. We really appreciated the drivers' contact with us, until we reached our new home.

Good communication and very fast loading and unloading.

The weather and road conditions at both ends of the move were very challenging and the men did a great job over coming these difficulties.

great experience start to finish. the driver Bill was fantastic - super patient with all my questions, very friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly.

I've used United Van Lines in the past (corporate moves) and booked them when I had a personal move. Overall, the experience was good.
