There is nothing to remark poorly about. The furniture was taken care of, the people were ALL pleasant to work with, everything was on time!

Overall the experience was positive with delivery and pick up be accurately scheduled. The coordinator was very professional and courteous. The movers upon pick up were not professional and kid of messy by leaving their own trash behind. On the other hand, the delivery guys were more professional and it was a much better experience. Driver was professional and communicated very well about the delivery.

They were prompt and took extreme care of my property both personal property and the interior of my home. The were professional and very accommodating.

Everyone with Suddath Moving was very kind and helpful - Ken, who first helped me by evaluating my needs and doing the estimate; Theresa, who stayed in touch with me the entire time and explained everything that would happen; Samuel, the first driver, and his helper, were efficient and really good packers, plus they took good care of my furniture; and the last driver (I can’t remember his name) and his helper delivered our goods on time and were very good and helpful, too! Everyone did a great job!

Both teams were very professional. I really love how informative they all were. All of my items were treated delicately.

The team that delivered our belongings to Summerville were excellent. The team that packed our belongings at 1516 Rocky River Drive broke our expensive artificial Christmas tree and tore the handles on one of our mattresses.The delivery team discovered this and noted it on their paperwork. We were told we would be contacted to file a claim. We have not heard from Suddath to date.

The move itself went great with the movers themselves. They were all very courteous and efficient. The only problem was the scheduled date of the move. There was a miscommunication such that my scheduled date was not on the calendar. I called to verify they were coming and it wasn’t on their calendar. It did get taken care of by Teresa very quickly.

Was not expecting everything to be so professional, easy, and top notch customer service!

My wife and I have experienced 12-15 Corporate Moves over the last 30+ years of Sales. This was “Hands Down” the BEST Move we have even been involved with !!! You will never convince me that Our Lead Mover “Roberto” is NOT the #1 Guy in ALL of United !!!! Even considered leaving Delta to Fly United in hopes that Roberto would be The Pilot !!! Not Really but Close!! Excellent Expierence especially since this is the 1st Move I have to pay for ! You have a Winning Team with Roberto; William & Oscar !!!! They are “The Patriots” of Movers !!!! United should be Very PROUD to have them as your Guys !!! Well Done

Everyone was very helpful and polite. The movers were careful with our property and made suggestions on how to pack some things I wasn't sure about.

Overall it was a good move. Everything was professional. Everything from 1-207 was there. The company thatmoved us to the storage didn't tag and we lost things. All the big thighs were there.

The two primary movers were excellent in their customer service and attention to our having a good experience in the process. I believe they were considerate of our homes and careful in the moving of the goods. We did experience some damage, but that is to be expected in such a move. Both drivers Nash Maynanth and Jeff Montoya did an excellent job.

The move was fine overall. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I feel the general operational structure causes stress. There are too many unknowns.It feels like the goak of the drivers is to taje every move request possible, juggling dates too frequently. Why are delivery dates so hard to pin down? Packers and unloaders are not consistent in performance.

Ken Wilson the salesman was really good. Explained the process, documented the articles being moved. The price he quoted remained throughout, no unexpected surprises. The movers who came for my stuff, Milton and Ishmael were first rate in final wrapping, speed and care. The folks in the office, notably Theresa (?) kept me informed about everything. and lastly the delivery driver, I have forgotten his name, delivered on time and with care.

Excellent. Ron Twigg and his crew were extremely hard working, efficient and professional. Their extraordinary efforts made our relocation from Atlanta to Alabama as painless as possible.

Overall my move was great.

The move itself was good. One of the packers damaged several items unnecessarily and then did not admit he did it. The damage to the wall nearly cost us our closing.

1st time using Suddath Relocation/United Van Lines. Moved from Georgia to Florida. Everyone was very professional from coordinator to movers. They padded all my furniture (everything made of wood: sofas, dining table, all chairs, even my shelves) and hand carried all the boxes up & down the stairs. Moving process went very smooth and exactly as they had planned from initial estimate to completion. Slight delay due to the traffic on delivery but the crew made up for it with the speed & efficiency during unloading. They worked entire load/unload, did not even take a break. Moving crew was very polite and careful of my belongings. They took extra care in making sure there was no damage to my old & new home during the move. Not even a scratch to the doors/walls/wood floors, etc. I am going to highly recommend them to all my friends & co-workers. Very very impress with the experience.

Ken Wilson was great! He explained everything about our relocation from Georgia to Florida and gave us cost estimates three times as we reduced our inventory. He came on site twice. Not like other movers that only gave me costcedtimaresvon the phone. Always available to answer our questions. The driver Jonathan and his team were outstanding and so polite. Very professional team.

Without question this was my best interstate move ever! The driver and her team made all the difference, from the minute they pulled up to load until the last item was unloaded several days later.

Overall, everything went fine. I was not given the inventory sheet though to check off as things came off the truck. I can only hope that I received everything since most of my things were put into storage.Also, I didn't really appreciate the helpers,(on the delivery end) reminding me that I could give them a tip

United Van Lines helped make our move easier with access to free moving boxes, representatives who answered our questions in a timely manner, and movers who were professional and careful with our house contents.

The movers were careful with our stuff and accommodated everything we asked them to do. Sam, the driver, was a pleasure to deal with and did a very good job in all respects. They put down protective coverings on our wood floors except for two places...and those got small scratches, I think from the dolly. Not bad scratches or a major problem but it could have been prevented. Otherwise, and overall, we were very satisfied with their work.

Overall we had a great experience with United. It was one of our least stressful moves. With the exception of the driver of the truck, everyone was very professional, friendly and careful with our belongings. We also appreciated having a point of contact who was always available to answer questions and check on us to make sure everything was alright.

The men that wrapped our furniture in Atlanta were wonderful - I can't say enough about them or our driver, Mike!!! The men in Wilmington were not as good - complained that we had 3 levels and how heavy our furniture was!! Would not recommend those two and Mike was having to apologize for them!!

From the beginning to the final delivery I experienced professionalism from all people involved. They were very aware of my circumstances and took great care of me.
