Too stressful. Overall I would say fair to good but definitely not excellent.

We are fully impressed with your service. The van came promptly, the driver & his fellow loader were pleasant, careful, and quick. They made the morning enjoyable rather than stressful for us. At the receiving end, all of our possessions arrived safe and sound, and the same care was taken in putting them into our new home. The end delivery was on the 2nd day of the projected "window," so we hardly had to wait.

Generally a good experience. I could asked more questions up front. That may have avoided some confusion. What I thought was said was different than what was on the paperwork

The crew that picked up and delivered my furniture and boxes were, aside from professional and helpful they were nice guys.

They were on time, professional, and quite careful. Everything arrived and nothing broke.

The movers, especially Eddie, were very polite and courteous. They were hard working, careful and never stopped. My move occurred during a snow storm, so it took 2 days for the total move. I was very satisfied.

Excellent driver who directed collection and delivery of my goods in the best possible way. Very polite and professional and asked appropriate questions in a difficult situation.

The movers were very knowledgeable and meticulous and handling my personal items. Everything was wrapped with care and handled very carefully and I appreciated that since I was concerned about the long Distance the items had to travel

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH ON TIME PERFORMANCE OF THE CREW THAT PACKED US, THE ACCURATE ANSWERS AND THE PROFESSIONAL APPROACH THEY HAD. WE ALSO WERE PLEASED WITH THE ON TIME ARRIVAL AND THE SPEED WITH WHICH THE UNLOADING WAS PERFORMED.

The men who packed with hard workers, and focused on getting the truck loaded. I had continual communication with the Driver, Andy, on his way to CA. The driver, along with his helper in Ca. did a great job unloading, and was very friendly.

I was very pleased with the movers in NY. The movers that met me in Texas were excellent. Could not have been any nicer. I was short one large TV carton for a 50 inche TV but the NY movers took care of that.

Jim Lynch and his team handled moving the contents of two homes for us -- from NC to Stony Brook, and from Centereach to Stony Brook. They did an excellent job. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Jim made the move extremely easy. His attention to detail, and the extra care he took in handling our furniture made a huge difference. I wish we had been available to take care of us on our many previous moves!

Anthony Brigis did a outstanding job with his esterimate and help though out the whole prosses. He was extremly help helpful in all respects. A real asset to the team. The main packer Juan the driver and also did theloading and unloading is also to commandered for the outstaning job he and his teams did there job.

We are happy and fully satisfied with service rendered by united van lines The driver (Mr Cesar) who maintained a key role from beginning to the end of our interstate moving was responsible in every step until every item placed and assembled in the appropriate place in our new home in Houston .After Our experience with another ( carefully chosen company ,we used for local moving into a storage we were disappointed).Thank God for bringing us UVL. Keep up the good work.we already recommended this company to our friends who are waiting to move.

The driver Juan was great and made sure nothing got broken, the only reason we would not give a 5 was due to the delay of our delivery, but overall we were very happy
