Everyone was friendly and professional. They were very accommodating as well.

Juan, the delivery driver, went above and beyond for us. I want to make sure that he knows how appreciated his attention to details is for us as he walked us through the process from start to finish.

Great communication from everyone involved. Individuals arrived on time and worked effectively to get the job done.

United Drivers Loaders and unloaders did an excellent job. My problem is in the delivery window which was 14 days. I feel that as a senior citizen the deliverywindow should have been less. The other problem was that the coordinator nor the driver called me the day before delivery. I was called by the driver who was very courteous and informed he would be at my place in 45 minutes which wasn't much of a notice. Also when I called the local delivery company to ask them to pick up the empty cartons they never returned my call. I contacted the move coordinator and she informed that if they sent someone to pick up the empty cartons there would be a charge of $140.00. I've moved quite a few times and all the moving companies provided empty carton pick up service (FREE).

The ease of the move. Amy kept me informed of every step needed, and when the movers would be arriving. The inventory of items were accurate.

I was very impressed on the customer service that I received. Amy did a fantastic job with scheduling the appointment dates to my needs, she was very responsive to my phone calls, and assisted with all aspects of the move.

Crew did an awesome job both at pickup/pack and delivery. Extremely careful, respectful and desiring care of goods. The only problem was some difficulty communicating with members due to English not fully understood or communicated. Everyone was very patient, and tried hard to ensure proper communication existed, but some difficulties still occurred. Other than language, probably the best crew I've had in over 7 moves, spanning 20 years.

Our entire moving experience went very smoothly due to the exceptional people who were managing, and actually carrying out the physical aspects of the move. We could not have found better people to help us reach our new destination if we had hand picked them ourselves!
