We were very pleased with the professional manner of the driver and those helping...they were all so respectful and caring.

With over 28 years of military service I have moved numerous times throughout the United States and overseas. This move was for my civilian job and I can state without any reservation that Jay’s Moving (United Van Lines in Fort Wayne, IN provided the absolute best customer service and professionalism I have ever experienced. Special recognition should go out to our driver Quinn who was phenomenal and Jake who was exceptional during the packing and loading phases of the move.

Overall the move experience went OK and United helped make this so much better than it could have been

Tom Wall did an excellent job in estimating the cost of the move and helping with ways to save money. He visited my house a second time to readjust the quote based on what we were able to get rid of in an effort to make the move as affordable as possible. Quinn, our driver, was also great to work with. I really appreciated the fact he was with us during the whole process. He and his crew did an excellent throughout the whole move and I was very pleased with the other movers on both ends of the trip. Jake did an impressive job packing all the dishes and I did not find any damage. The staff I spoke with over the phone were always very courteous and helpful. Overall, we were highly satisfied and we have already recommended them to others.

Our agent was Jays Moving, Fort Wayne Indiana. Great company. Easy to work with, very accommodating. They provided the most competitive moving quote and after the move, their estimate was the most accurate with respect to overall weight of what was transported. The persons that did the packing were very professional. They did an excellent job. Denny Spencer of Planes moving and storage did an awesome job. he and his loading and unloading crews worked long and hard. At both the homes we moved from and to, they protected floors and door openings. Even though we experienced rainy weather at both ends of the move, the mess was very minimal. When they were done, there was no evidence they had even been there except for the boxes and furniture. I would strongly recommend United for your moving needs. All of the people we worked with were exceptional.

Great people work for United (Erin Sack) of Fort Wayne and United Driver (Bryan of Massachusetts). The price for the move is on upper end, timing of delivery could be better.

I had a wonderful driver from Jay’s Moving. None of my stuff was damaged that I have seen so far.

Overall, pretty good. Better on the unload than the load. Quote/estimate was good. Space on truck estimated was poor. People were generally friendly, but our overflow items are undelivered w/no clear plan on getting them to our new home.

Our move was great , the driver was awesome ( he is from Jacksonville) can’t remember his name ; always joking & treating his men super , you have a Keeper in this man !

Everything went well. On time for pick up & delivery. Driver, loaders & unloaded were friendly, courteous & professional. Very minimal damage to personal goods. It was self pack so United personnel should not be held accountable. Very pleased overall.

Hands down, this was the best move out of approximately eight moves that we have made. From the original estmate, to the communication with Katie, the Fort Wayne office manager to Joe the driver---ALL these people were the BEST!

The packers and movers, along with support staff, did a very good job. They were helpful, kind and polite.

The driver was excellent, and the workers he had to assist at loading and unloading at destination were very professional.

My patio table was crated and moved safely. However The uncrating was not included and we were not aware of it . we kept calling and was willing to pay extra but noone showed up even during the week after as they had said . So moving chore not completed

The movers were very careful and respectful of all our belongings. This was our third move and the movers were the best we ever had

Mover was courteous and friendly on both ends of the move. Packing was well done. Only two problems---one of the "high value" items was broken while on the truck and the repair is still being estimated. Secondly, the mover did not want to take back any of the boxes, and we delayed unloading some boxes, but some boxes are really big and we are now looking for a mover to take them. But overall a good move.
