Excellent move. They were on schedule, courteous and very friendly movers and packers. One piece of furniture broke but United has paid monies based on claim submitted. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We were concerned that our household items were going to be moved on and off trucks so many times. This was not discussed as a possibility when we were planning & pricing our move with the estimator. Several items were damaged with little concern by delivery men. We could be missing items. Inventory sheet was not used as items unloaded. Very chaotic.

Excellent - crew and driver were very professional and hard working - on both ends of our cross-country move.

Everything went perfect! Everyone involved was on point, from planning to execution to on time delivery.

Only one hiccup involving a reconnect of a washer/dryer by a third party. Otherwise exceeded my expectations on an overall basis.

Unloading at destination was handled wonderfully by Mesa Moving. The loading and packing was delayed by 5 hours (by Sudduth) and caused some complications.

From the way Leo said everything would go, it did. We couldn't have had a smoother experience. The communication was excellant from Leo, Mandi and Bruce. And our stuff arrived right on time.

More paper work and critical dates that was not clear to me how to respond

Overall experience was good. Boxes were clearly labeled but delivered to wrong area (boxes labeled kitchen were put in garage, boxes labeled Master Bedroom put in den), communication was okay but could be better. I have asked for damage claim form since driver dropped dinning room table leg off the truck and discovered when unwrapped. The mover said he would tell driver and the driver said he accidentally dropped the piece off the truck and he was his fault. A foyer table was also broken that was found after moving van had left when dusted off the table it was not longer stable, the stainless steel refrigerator door was scratched when handles were reattached to door. Refrigerator was not scratched when taken off truck so I thought all was good with refrigerator. Did not recheck refrigerator until movers were gone. I thought if the mover would damage the refrigerator that they would tell me.

Everything was great; from initial phone contact to unloading. Very accommodating and considerate.

I was very pleased with the packers at my origin, Brent and Leo. They packed over 1,000 dolls with care and no comment or complaint. Not one doll was broken. A collection of dishes arrived with no breakage. at the origin,the movers worked under less than ideal circumstances, shuttling items to a waiting truck, then items were put in a warehouse. There was damage, that I feel confident the company will reimburse. At the destination, the truck driver, Tony arrived on time, was calm and hired good local packers. They solved several problems and were very helpful. I am overall very pleased with this move. I will be using your company again in 9 months to complete my move.

Our entire Suddath moving team was amazing from start to finish. Moving can be so stressful and chaotic, however we felt we were in good hands.

From beginning to end the move all went as Leo told us it would, except for the window we were given, when the movers came to pick up our goods the driver cut that window by 5 days, we had painters in the new house and we had to work around it. Other than that it was great. Kenny and Carlo were very professional and did a great job. All our things arrived in good condition except for a glass shelf that was broken when it arrived at the new house. Mandi, our coordinator was always kind and willing to help. All in all this was a very good experience.

Overall a good experience.

Everything was great except. Everything didn’t fit on one truck. Had to get another truck. Took 2 weeks to get remaining items. It wasn’t the most important items so we made do without them. Overall the move experience was great.

Overall my experience with the move from Texas to Arizona went very smooth. The communication with the estimator, packers and coordinator was good. I feel there was some lack of understanding between the estimator and the packers regarding my mattress. It had a Tempurpedic core and needed to lay flat and be packed in a box. The box they brought was much to small and the packers did their best but it was not handled as it should have been. It will not be unpacked for a few more weeks and I hope it will be okay. I have already noticed some nicks on some of my furniture but will not file a claim until it is all unpacked.

From the start, Leo was very cordial and helpful. Gave us timely information and updates. The packers were way too efficient. They packed everything in sight before Tina could tell them as to what goes and what stays. I will say, they were extremely helpful in locating our traumatized cat. The folks who loaded the things were just as efficient as the packers. Tim and Ray, the two that delivered and unloaded our things were very good as well. Mandi was great at keeping us informed about the status of our move.

Overall the experience was great. Very timely. All my stuff arrived in one piece.

Very satisfied with the performance of the United team. The driver and his assistant were very responsive and respectful of our possessions.

the pack/load team were great, very professional also eager to assist. Driver was exceptional damn good man. for the unpack and delivery it went great until the Lawnmower was dropped from the truck. Sheldon stated he dropped the mower and would file a claim on his end. I do need to file a claim on my end as when the mower is started and then pushed forward there is a unbalance in the blade which is contacting the inside of the frame making sparks. Over all I was happy with the transition from Texas to Virginia, just the broken lawnmore needs to be replaced, sparks shooting out while mowing the dry leaves was not good. - Order#V-163-272-6 Agent V-444
