The crew that packed up our home in Richmond were highly competent, were very careful in handling our things, and their overall attitude and demeanor made a stressful situation much easier, especially Brad the supervisor. The crew that unpacked us in Phoenix were fine.

It was a great pleasure working with Jennifer Johnson, residential customer service coordinator. She took care of all my concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner. Doing her best to make sure everything was done smoothly and correctly the first time around. All of my belongings were undamaged and accounted for. The movers arrived on time and worked quickly. And I liked their item labeling and accountability system.

The guys Who physically moved me (both installments of the moves) or outstanding. Very personable and professional and I felt that they cared about my belongings.

Our furniture was well cared for. No broken items. Driver was on time. Estimate was spot on. The only thing That was lacking was communication on the billing and payment procedure.

The move was across country--California to Maine. It was completed in a timely fashion and the final delivery by Eric and Josh from Bangor, Maine was very well done.

Every aspect of my move was incredibly easy, which was imoorimpo considering we started the process with a 2 month old baby. Loved that we were able to get a video estimate and had excellent customer service and communication the entire time.

Every person involved made the prep and move so easy.

The United rep, Scott McElfresh, was helpful in estimating the cost of the move. When we made adjustments to what was to be moved he came back to the house and made adjustments to the cost. He was very helpful in explaining the billing process and the move itself. The movers themselves were seasoned movers. Very organized and finished the job in 5 hours for a 4 bedroom house. On the receiving side, nothing was lost or broken.

Two key individuals namely Driver Joe Gonzalez & Executive Administrstive Staff Jennifer Johnson must be praised and highly complimented and recognized for their outstanding service, organizational skills, performance and knowledge. They are an unbeatable pair in their respective performance who truly portray United Van Lines to be a stellar company.

Everyone hears horror stories about interstate moving, and I was simultaneously very anxious and keeping very low standards. Overall, everything was fast, smooth, reliable and easy.

We have used Chipman Movers for all of our moves in the past 15 years. We have referred them to many friends and family members, and all of them report a good experience with them.

All the workers were very professional and diligent. I felt comfortable with them in my home and handling all of my possessions.

Every person I interacted with, from initial contact through to the off-loading crew, and the crating and un-crating crew, was professional and PLEASANT!

it went very smoothly. From the beginning with the estimator, to the coordinator. The packers were very dedicated and other than 1 item to claim, did a great job. The movers themselves were extraordinary! I did have an issue with the pricing but we worked out what it had to be. I was very pleased overall!

Guys did great. The crew took care in packing and moving. The highlight for our kids was passing the truck along the highway of our cross country move. Unpacking was also smooth.

Hands down the most professional and positive experience. Jennifer went above and beyond and I cannot be more appreciative of all that she did to help me in my move. This experience is completely night and day compared to a competitive moving company.

They did a great job of protecting my expensive furniture!

Could have been better by packers noting more specifically where in house boxes were packed; by using special care grouping all items with common connections (e.g., pet gate furniture levelers were lost; and electric can opener assessories were lost); and limiting weight of contents so more easily handled by weaker home owners (e.g., too many books packed in boxes that each easily weigh 40/50) lbs)

The move went very smoothly. The United agents we dealt with, Scott McElfresh of Chipman Relocation, and Jeff Sullivan, WWMS, Inc., were very competent and responsive to our questions. Both individuals (and their respective teams) were very professional and great to work with. On top of this, the United main office (in our case, in St. Louis) kept in touch by telephone and email to make sure everything was going smoothly. We do not know how much these three different groups worked together behind the scenes, but the result was a well-coordinated effort to worked well for us.

A cross country move is stressful, plain and simple. I think every thing went as planned. the pre-arranged schedule was maintained. Movers on both ends were friendly and efficient.

Efficient, professional, friendly, courteous drivers and helpers. Received all of my belongings. No damage to any of my belongings.

move was cross country and I was lucky to get a driver to bring my stuff directly to my house without a stop. Truck arrived well ahead of window dates which was fantastic. I didn't move a whole house, but what I did move was very sentimental and everything--with the exception on one piece--made it in one piece.

Pleasant experience. Had a few issues.

The move was professional, on time, and reasonably error free. We will a small claim for loss and damage, and will see how that goes. Our move coordinator was attentive and helpful, and his experience was helpful.

Our driver Matt was great, very nice and hard working. During pick he loaded most of the truck since his help did not show for 6 hrs. Matt showed up on time and let us know the day before that he was on schedule. The unloading movers were very friendly. We do have damage to some of stuff that was wrapped by the movers and we have advised our sales consultant.

every employee from the salesman to the two men unloading my furniture were very professional. They answered any questions I had and took care not to damaged my belongings.

We were shocked to see that it toke 5,400# of packing to move 600# of furniture. Otherwise we were satisfied.

I think it was Chipman that did the actual move and they were fantastic...friendly, efficient and professional.

Since this move was the first that I did in more than 30 years I was concerned and worried about the whole experience. I am glad to report that the move was easy, well assisted and safe thanks to this United Movers

Overall I was satisfied, a couple items were badly packed by the movers and were pretty badly damaged. I feel if you pay to have the movers pack (since they are the pros) that things should arrive in good condition.

We were very pleased with how everything was handled from beginning to end. The movers on both sides were very professional and careful with our goods. We are very happy to have used Chipman!

Overall went smoothly. Cliff P at origin and the driver Vincent at destination were clearly experts at their work.
