We had positive experiences with the packers, movers and the drivers who unloaded our boxes. The only aspect we were dissatisfied with was our moving consultant, Chandler Fischer. First off, didn't show for our initial appointment at the agreed upon appointmen time. I wanted to be there when he reviewed our move but he showed up early and I was not at home from work. My wife walked him around the house but I had wanted to be there as well. He gave us an estimate for our move and led us to believe he would give us a revision after he reviewed our load after we packed boxes ourselves. He dropped off boxes for us. When I questioned him about a revision, he said the price he quoted was firm and did not allow for us packing. There was definitely a misunderstanding on this. Why would we have him drop off boxes or why would he if he did not expect us to pack items ourselves? I feel he mislead us on the type of quote he provided. We are very disappointed and think he purposely mislead to believe we'd save money doing some packing ourselves.

Kim Sheehan with Vincent Fister in Lexington was outstanding to work with throughout my Move. I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and willingness to help the Customer. She was even able to schedule my delivery for me on the Exact Day that I requested so that I could take care of my aged Mother. Thank you Kim! Delivery Driver Patrick and his assistant Anna were also very professional and helpful. Patrick went above and beyond in assembling my beloved Roll top desk for me; Thanks Patrick!

Chris Allen was a true pleasure to work with. The quality of workmanship provided by the sub-contractors available to Chris from the Lexington KY location needs improvement. They didn't follow instructions by Chris well and that resulted in some damaged items. On the Michigan end Chris was challenged by having the first reserved crew not show up! Chris's creative effort got replacement workers on site in order to meet our schedule.

Moving team was excellent. Showed up on time, delivered on time and was extremely accommodating and helpful during the move. The truck driver, Mike Thorne, was awesome at managing our move.

Well, I need to say that my move leaves much to be desired. The move begin with packers and all seemed to be going ok. The packers were pleasant and worked very hard to complete their tasks. However, now that I have reached my destination, my wife and I find ourselves in a nightmare. We have issues with the packing, locating items, missing hardware for furniture, missing hardware for lamps, and packing of a television, for example, where the tv screen was in one box, the tv support stand in another box and the electrical cord in another box (which we have yet to find). Since we had thousands of pounds in our move it will take quite some time for my wife and I to unpack all these boxes. There were pieces of furniture that were not reassembled; we had to have people return to our house to complete this work and we still have furniture that has not been reassembled due to missing hardware....how can this happen? And we have breakage... very upsetting....

The young men who did the work were kind and courteous, but there was an awful lot of confusion about how, when, and where our belongings were going to be shipped. I had to get on the phone with Theresa to get things straightened out. We incurred a couple of wall dings, but otherwise things went well.

Movers were efficient and mostly careful. Only one broken item and two missing shelves. I didnt like the shelf anyway so I just tossed it. The broken item was more of a loss, but again excellent move.

The agent who did the estimate was professional, accurate, and helpful. The packing and loading crew were conscientious and careful. The unloading crew was efficient.

There was confusion from the beginning. For ex, certain items we were told not to put in boxes but the driver disagreed. Then the Driver had no idea that someone was to unpack on the delivery until I mentioned it. The furniture was delivered on Wed. and they said the unpackers would not be available until Mon. which was totally unacceptable. So I had to scramble and hire someone to unpack all of the items. They did adjust the bill. The worst part was the delivery. I was assured don't worry about checking all the boxes which I thought was bad advice so i did anyway. Then other people's boxes were brought in my house so I lost all confidence. No one was It was watching the crew. He was gone during the bulk of the move or working on his bike. They also said we had 14 WD boxes and there was 7 so I was probably overbilled. Finally I was checking the list after being assured all is in the house and a safe and vacuum was still on the truck. The local team was great.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Teams were hard working and professional on both ends and Kim Sheehan as knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with.

The move was expensive, but the staff was professional and efficient. We had no broken items when they arrived, and everything was accounted for. The communications were accurate and sufficient.

The Vincent Fister Company made the whole process very easy. They kept their promises and the move went well. Our belongings were in storage for almost 2 years at their location, as well.

There was really nothing major I could complain about. Everything was moved in the time frame expected, put in the requested locations, put together where we asked it to be, and only two minor broken items which was more a reflection on the packing than the movers. We did our own packing.

We were not very satisfied about the delivery end of our experience. The movers were in a rush to get done. They did not unpack our items which we thought they were suppose to. They did uncrate the mirror and piano and put the bed together. They did not remove the boxes. We had several items that were damaged. We had to pay a contractor to dismantle an chest to get it into the bedroom because the movers could not figure it out. They did not clean up the area that they uncrated in. We had to pick up screws and wood after they left.

The loading of my move seem to go smooth ...but the unloading ...not so much .Frank decided to take a 2 day move to 1 day ..so by late in the day he became aggravated that I ask to have a large piece be moved down stairs ...and charged me extra ...so if they are going to charge extra ..I want to be reimbursed for the uncompletrd work ,left piano music holder off ,0ffice desk back off ,the mirror to dresser ,got real smart about the mirror...brackets couldn't be found ...found out later after returning back to that Ky house they left off truck .entertainment center shelf left unattached .The breakage is embarrassing ...the young men were very kind and polite ..Shawn was so very kind .Chandler was very polite gentleman .i expect to be treated fairly this was a very expensive move and should have been no unfinished business .

Very disappointed in the man that can to move us he was not very friendly and was mad about something and was on the phone a lot. He did not put our big TV in the box we provided and now our 55' TV will not work. They damaged the corner on my dresser. He was taking one of my pieces of furniture out the door without being wrapped and I ask him about and he just keep on going out the door

The gentlemen who packed our furniture did a wonderful job and we're very professional. Only had some scratches on three mirror panels which we do need to have reconciled. The office sent us claim forms immediately, no problem. The men who unpacked were also efficient and professional.

My driver yelled at me repeatedly about things I had no control over. Quite a few boxes were crushed and patched up with tape. I understand that I wasn't fully packed, and I paid extra money for their help in doing so. I understand that things are operating on a tight schedule,but being yelled at repeatedly is not professional, nor warranted. My roommates and me busted our butt to get stuff packed and we were yelled at if we even paused to use the bathroom. I can't fix what is wrong if you yell at me. My roommates and me are extremely unhappy with the service we got. Trying to contact another agent for a job here in Pueblo was a bad experience as well. I called him to refuse his offer and was later cursed at because I didn't call his cell phone. His cell number is nowhere on his email, only the office number. Because of this, we will never use your company ever again.

The box spring was not boxes which I paid to have done. The curio cabinet was wrapped well enough and arrived broken in multiple areas. The boxes marked fragile were not handled fragile and they arrived with boxes crushed and many boxes ripped oped on the sides. Some of were taped when they arrived because of the gaps. Because a secondary number was not added to the contact list we missed the call for delivery due to cell phone issues. Our delivery went to a warehouse and we incurred an addition $890.00. then when our items did arrive we received another bill later for $50.90. I found out that expense was for the guys to use a drill to uncrate my glass top piece. I could have done that myself and saved the cost.
