I was packed with care. My belongings were delivered on time. The unpacking went very smoothly. From getting my estimate to the destination, the entire staff was great to work with. Amy Cortez kept me informed and always asked if there was anything I needed. Best move experience I have had!

Our moving experience was definitely less stressful due to the prompt, courteous support we received from the staff who facilitated our relo. Always prompt and ready to help solve the little glitches we had due to being across the country from our belongings, Larry and Amy were there at every turn in the process!

First let me say that our driver, James, was outstanding. He went out of his way on several occasions to make our move good. The people that packed our household were not as good. The actual packing was professional, but the labeling was insufficient and caused us to hunt and wonder where some of the items were upon unpacking. Items were placed in boxes that were not of the same room of the house and not the same group. Example, computer keyboard and mouse were packed in with the china. We went days without a computer because we could not find those items. The computer items mispacked were not in the same room as the china. A few things were broken, but that is expected. Over all, the move was good. Let me say again, James our driver was fantastic.

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We have had a terrible moving experience previously and this time was completely different. Everything from sales (Larry), to coordinating (Amy), to the packing and moving itself (Dan) met or exceeded our expectations. I felt communication was a definite strength. We always knew what to expect.

Larry, Amy and Aaron were the best. Our move got very tricky two weeks before and the three of them eent out of their way to help me with the entire change of plans. All three always responded in a timely and professional manner. I couldnt ask for a better team and I have moved numerous times

The quote process was handled well as was the packing and unloading. There seemed to be some confusion about specific details of the process between what I was told by the person giving me the original quote (Larry Winton, the driver and the coordinator (Amy). Since I had very good communication from Larry and the driver the role of the coordinator seemed unclear to me and somewhat repititious.

I appreciated the constant communication and having people patiently answer my questions with accurate information.

It was fantastic. Very easy.
