The experience was excellent! The truck was super clean, the crew was personable and cared for my home and belongings like it was their own. They were fast and efficient but stayed until everything was where i wanted it. i can't say enough good. Especially given all the horror stories other people have shared with me. Derek (who was the foreman for our move) and his crew were great to work with. They were efficient, responsive to our needs and pleasant to work with. I felt they were conscientious and respectful of our possessions. Steve Gately (who did our move estimate) and answered questions and concerns through the process was also great. We had an issue at the end of our move that I will expand upon further in the survey so as not to take away from the positivity of our experience.

Our moving crew was EXCELLENT. The4y did a great job. This is NOT a complaint - just a suggestion. When packing paper is used for cushioning only use 1 color. When used to wrap an item, use a different color. Small items can easily missed when unpacking. This cre

The agent we used in Grafton, MA was great. Our loading was very good,but the delivery was very chaotic. A mirror to the entry hall price was broken, several boxes looked like they had been loaded on the bottom of heavy furniture. Nothing major was damaged, but nicks and scratches on many of our end tables, buffet, and oak table. One of the men who unloaded was very inexperienced and made it very frustrating. We have moved many many times due to my husbands profession, and this one of the most stressful I have encountered. Our boxes were clearly marked and when the movers arrived we brought them in the home and instructed, this is the master,bedroom two, three, etc. Constantly we were addressed, "Hey, were do you want this one?" We did not have enough major damage to justify the hassle of filing a claim, but very disappointing to have nicks and scratches, and a few broken items. The stress of boxes being placed in the garage, or wrong rooms has made unpacking very unpleasant.

The move was made difficult by the loading of the truck at the point of origin. It appears that towards the end of the day the Van had to be taken to the Movers home base to be repacked . Some of our goods were placed in a pick up truck due to the lack of space in the van. At the destination we found that some of our goods had been damages and some missing we are still waiting for claim forms 23 days after the goods were unpacked.

Response to set-up move, moving day and delivery day met my needs. Majority of packing was done by me but certain items I was concerned about were packed by moving team. I am concerned about the fact that in opening boxes many items were broken and am still working on unpacking. Some items are antiques, artwork with broken glass and frames, and a number of items collected from various study any travel experiences, even though packed properly and marked fragile. Many boxes looked as if thrown on top of one another with disregard to contents.

I was told one thing up front and that did not happen. Our stuff was late, and the movers actually opened some of our boxes to consolidate so they could fit everything on the truck. I packed everything myself except the TV's so that was frustrating. Christmas lights were destroyed and books have not been found yet. Really disappointed that such a professional company would do this. I paid a lot of money and expected more.

Gallo was great to work with locally. I would highly recommend them. we ran into a delivery day issue, truck was supposed to deliver our furniture on 6/20 but didn't show up until 6/21 causing us to have spend the night in a hotel for an additional expense. The driver was great,but his 3 workers left a lot to be deired. They walked off the job early.

The team picked up our furniture and was very careful in the wrapping and loading process. The driver kept in touch with us along the cross country route and arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. The unloading went as smoothly as the loading and everything arrived in perfect shape.

Everything went well however we seem to be missing one box containing my wife's hole in one square plastic cover along with an odd thermostat made of glass with balls that float indicating the temperature. These are minor items compared to the overall great move by you

Good experience with Gallo Movers in Massachusetts all the way to the communication with them to the trucker who moved the furniture to Florida. Very proffesional and furniture arrived on time as was quoted and the weight turned out to be alittle under. When s claim was put in we did not have to wait too long. We were quit pleased overall with everything and everyone.
