Everything about my move went smoothly without any kind of a hitch. The gentlemen loading and unloading the truck for me were all very nice, personable and felt like family. we are still unpacking but we’re missing items. There was confusion from our driver over the color coding of our boxes with our “bingo” sheet. We believe this is the root cause of missing items. At one point bins of clothes were brought into our home that did not belong to us. We are fairly certain our items were delivered elsewhere similarly.

Was excellent from Chase who set us up to Robin who kept in touch and Mark our driver was amazing !

Erick and Daniel were both stellar persons and professionals to work with. Hard working, thorough, clearly communicating, responsible, dependable and trustworthy. Kept in touch via phone and text. Robin in the office consistently checked in to answer questions and monitor the process. Without unpacking everything now in storage, all my possessions appears to have been safely transferred.
