My "overall" move experience was good. The packers were fast, the people moving the items on the truck were fast. When arriving at my destination, the crew unloading the truck was committed to doing a thorough job.

Everything was fine for the most part. I was a little dissapointed to come home and find that some of the furniture was not assembled in it's entirety. My bedroom mirror was not reattached to the dresser and some of my daughter's furniture was not assembled.

Everything went well with the actual move driver and his staff were very professional both times we had interaction, only comment I am still waiting someone to call for a few items t the got damage a lamp , a chair and bass drum got cracker.

The first group of mover was very good. The crew arrived on time, were very professional, and worked on the clock, moving every thing took less than 2 hours.

Everything was great except the walk through, they increase the quote by $500 and it should’ve went down according to what i was told. We actually had less boxes than we estimated, we disagreed on the final price but we didn’t have time to call someone else. The actual move was great, the guys was very professional and polite. They was on time and very neat, they took good care of our furniture. We would like to thank United for a good well done...

Mr. De La Torre was incredibly professional and helpful in planning our move. Both groups of movers in Miami and Charlotte were efficient and friendly. Our belongings arrived on time.

In general everything work alright. Tony de la Torre (Relocation Specialist) did a great job surveying and informing us about the move. Bonnie BOTTINI, was very responsive in taking our one claim (at table that on the move a leg was broken). The only thing that did not work well was a box that had part in it, that as of today could not be found. This box contains different bolts, nuts and part in order to built some of the stands for TV/s and other equipment. Everything else was great. The driver (I believe his name was bill but I am not sure) we had was very communicative and kept us well informed of when he would arrive to both locations.

After doing my Internet research to pick a mover, I was convinced that all were bad, and that my move would be a disaster. Everything would be broken or lost. Surly movers would make my experience a nightmare. Imagine my surprise to find the movers to be professional, friendly and caring about my stuff. Only a small amount of minor damage to a piece or two that I didn't want to keep anyway. Nothing lost. I don't know who the complainers on the Internet used, but it sure wasn't Anthony and his crews.

We put our household goods into storage for 18+ months before seeing it again. It is difficult to separate opinions of the transport from the storage. Feeling 100% on packing and transport, feeling about 50% on the storage because anything white plastic is now yellow, and a few plastic items are sticky. I do not believe our stuff was kept at a good temperature for the full 18 months.

Great service from Tony in preparing for the move (estimates, boxes, patience, etc.) Awesome service from Roy, the driver, one of his Miami crew members and the only crew member he had in Massachusetts. They were absolutely amazing in getting the truck unpacked and furniture in place.

The overall process was seamless. From the quote to the coordinator, booking and pick-up and delivery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The guys (John, Bob, Ramon, Travis and jerry) were extremely professional, and made sure everything was done with the utmost care and attention to detail.
