I asked for a quote from United because of the online reviews. I chose United because of the sales rep. He was incredibly professional and made the experience quite easy. The driver was also amazing.

Our drivers were FANTASTIC!!! They drove our things to TN only to discover that the apartment we moved in to would not let a tractor trailer on to the property... faced with this dilemma, we went and rented a U-Haul and they offloaded everything from the tractor trailer to the U-Haul and then deliver it to us. They were professional, and the best attitude that I have ever seen in this kind of situation. They actually inspired me because I would’ve been very upset had it been myself in their position . You need to take care of these guys because they are fantastic employees

My overall experience was great. The guys that came to load were excellent and the driver and his helpers also excellent. Coordination with Alex has been great. Only downside was my stuff had to be loaded, taken to warehouse then unloaded and reloaded. Might have been better with a little less handing. I only had a few glasses and dishes break and that is amazing for this big a move and as much handling.

While we were charged for several thousand more pounds than the actual weight of our shipment. The Service provided by The moving cordinator and the driver and his staff was the best we have ever had in 7 long distance moves.

Our driver Kenneth Prince was phenomenal. The movers that were in Raleigh were not. They allowed themselves to get too familiar, unprofessional and broke invaluable items. One in particular had a problem following direction and his first response was to lash out. Was not pleased with him at all

Everything was very good and I’ve used United many times so I expected nothing less. I did feel at drop off that I was rushed in trying to make decisions about where things should go. I was also asked to stop unpacking until the unloading was completed which caused me to be stuck with additional boxes and packing materials.

Our packing/moving team in NC were amazing, they worked hard and were very careful not to damage anything. Jimmy safely delivered our items on time to WI, but the team that helped him unload were not as careful with our home.

From beginning to end Armstrong movers were professional and helpful. I can't say enough about the great job the men did packing up my house and the men that unpacked the truck at the destination. I would certainly use them again.

Driver was great.Packers in NC, not so good.Things did not get packed properly and some things got broken.Driver reimbursed me for the things we found that day.We won't know how many things got broken because we have not unpacked everything.We will do that when we get to our permanent home.We found more stuff broken after the driver left.People in CO were great!Very careful with our things and were helpful when we had to find things.Not enough time was given in NC to pack our home, so it delayed our trip.Packers were not careful about packing breakables and some neglected to mark the boxes, so we are having to open all the boxes. Overall a very disappointing experience that we paid top dollar for.

Having moved many times, I know the important difference an experienced, reliable, trustworthy moving company makes. My high standards of service were not only met, but the entire experience exceeded my expectations! All persons I encountered from beginning to end (whether by phone, email or in person ) were professional, helpful, friendly, patient, understanding and intelligent. Their experience was invaluable. They all took great care & time to explain procedures, answer questions and make helpful recommendations. The stress of moving was definitely eased for me by their confidence, assurance, professionalism, and expert follow-through. I will remain grateful & pleased that I made the decision to utilize their services.

From start to finish, our experience with United was excellent. Jason Rheaume or Armstrong Relocation was wonderful to work with. He helped make an extremely stressful move for us much more tolerable. We feel we must give the most credit where credit is due, however.... Our driver, Mike, was the best thing about this move. From the loading to unloading, he was amazing. Friendly, warm, extremely professional, as was the local crews he hired to help with the move. Seriously. United Van Lines needs to give Mike a huge raise, a promotion, whatever is necessary to reflect what an incredible asset he is to your company. The coordinators are extremely important and we were thankful for Jason and Alex....but if you have a bad driver, it can destroy an otherwise great move experience. Mike was absolutely WONDERFUL. In our opinion, Mike deserves any promotions you can give him.

Mostly everything was handled very professionally...starting with Ben Robertson, Alex Vazquez, Donna Williams, and Judy Sepelak of Durham, NC. The moving crew of Alonzo Brown was pretty superb....just a situation with a van lock in the beginning that delayed the loading a bit. But all worked out well and the unloading in SLC, UT was ontime and done in a friendly efficient manner. We were 95% pleased. Even with a damaged desk and forgotten serving dishes, all was handled professionally and communication was extremely high throughout. Our highest accolades go to Armstrong Moving! Thank you.

Ben was very pleasant to work with. He was quick to respond to my many questions. We decided to use your company instead of the preferred moving company that my husbands company recommended because your price was so much better. All of our belongings arrived in one piece and as far as I can tell, nothing is missing which is the first time we have had this happen. The Driver was a very hard worker but he had one guy dissappear for a court appearance so he was down a man for most of the day. The only fustrating thing was not being able to know when the items would be arriving sooner then the day before. Also, we were very surprised how expensive the third party services were. We were quoted $800 to crate an item that originally cost us $400 which didn't make any sense to me so we decided not to use any of those services. All in all, the move went very well and I would recommend your company to other people.

I chose United because I had two previous moves that were great. This move, has been different because of pricing issues that they tried to pacify me with...I'm still not happy with the response. I had an issue with smelling alcohol on one of the loaders and was told they appeared to be doing their job ok. So, you can drink on the job as long as things are going well. I've just discovered this week that a hand truck isn't here. I haven't reported it yet. I got the survey first.

Overall great experience... The delivery occurring very late in the window which was hard. Also we have a ton of boxes left over and the nearest Armstrong location is an hour away preventing us from realistically getting rid of them (still a bunch in our garage after trying to give them away!) Movers were great!

We have moved 26 times in our adult life, and I can honestly say that this was the best moving experience we have ever had. From the precise estimate and professionalism of the evaluator, Judy Sepelak, to the Coordinator, Donna Williams, to the crew that loaded our belongings and the crew that unloaded them at our new home, everyone was professional, friendly and extremely hard workers! Everything arrived safely at our new home and though I am still unpacking boxes, so far there has been no damaged items!

Everyone involved in our moving were very professional. They did an excellent job starting Jason Rheaume at Durham office, and the mover/driver Tony Behrig. As well as the local helpers in Durham and Houston. Tony delivered everything on the day as promised, no damages, no missing items. Both Tony and Jason are very friendly and easy to deal with, straightforward and no hidden tricks. We were very pleased to have United to move for us. We will certainly ask them again if we move next time.

From sales to delivery, United Armstrong provided excellent service for us. The packers did a wonderful job and the team that loaded our belongings as well as unloaded them..did so without any damage to our property. They also cleaned up nicely. The best thing was that we met the driver and his son as they were the team loading and unloading at our new home across the country. TJ was in contact with us when he had a date/time that he would be delivering our things. This was done in 10 days to include weekend time. Excellent job!

Always had that they took boxes back and said extra charge. I called office so I didn't pay....but I have moved a lot and it was a small move thought it all was expensive
