One of the treadmill assembly technician was horrible, unprofessional. We noticed a part was missing and he outright denied he has nothing to do with it. Also noticed some parts are not assembled completely. Very horrible service. Would never recommend to anyone I know

The moving team was so professional. They were on time asked if I had any preferences and was organized with their packing methods. I was amazed how everything was done and how neat they packed my items in the storage room in Virginia.

From the beginning I spoke to Darlene at United/ Liberty Moving & Storage to working with Matt Sussman who was going on vacation and he put us ahead of his vacation with excellent customer service everything else to put our minds at ease and we went full forward with Liberty Moving and storage. Matt is the best of the best all the way around, not missing a beat throughout the process of inventory to packing to the actual move. On the packing side, I’ve never seen a team so efficient as Alex and his team!

Overall our move was excellent. Our driver Sammy was the best and made sure everything went as planned. In addition he was great to work with and gave us the confidence that our move would go smoothly.

everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable, they made my move very relaxing by knowing my belongings were in good hands.

Wally was awesome. He had his crew working and getting it done with little to no issues. The one slight issue I had which is a inconvenience to me was they could of used more wardrobe boxes so a decent about 1/3 of my pants and polo shirts was placed under the rod and they will need to be ironed since they are all wrinkled and creased. Choosing United Van Lines for our move from New York to Seattle was the best decision we made. All aspects of the move were very well executed; the packing of our house contents, the delivery on the other end, and the communication along the way. One small item did not make it, and one dish was chipped, and they are being compensated for. Overall we are very happy with the outcome.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. The experience was not as daunting as we originally thought. A lot of the worry was taken out of the process by the United staff. The actual movers were efficient and careful with our property.

Our Driver Sergio was fantastic. Junior , Sergio’s lead man in florida was excellent. The packers did a good job protecting most of our things. Unfortunately I did have a large box of hats and purses that got damaged because of water, bent shelving and wardrobe boxes got turned around which caused half of the hanging clothes to fall to the bottom of the box, and a few tables encountered scratches, but as a whole everything got there in 1 piece and met my timing expectations.

Everyone was extremely professional, polite, on time and the cost was reasonable. Not one item was broken!

When we had questions, Steve was there to answer them. I appreciated the extra care with our items (extra boxing, taping etc) I loved the fact that each item was numbered and when they arrived to the final destination each item was checked off so we knew we had them all. All the people we came in contact with Steve CeCe, Robert and his helpers both in NJ and Fl were professional, hardworking and personable.

Very good experience overall, the movers were all friendly and helpful in several key respects. Only significant negative was that we thought they were going to be unpacking the boxes they had packed for us, but that turned out not to be the case. In the end, this was not a big deal.

Packers and movers were efficient and kind.

We had a very good experience. The packing and moving date was all on the same day (originally planned for two days) so the first day seemed extra hectic. It was efficient although I wish the boxes were labeled a bit better and we are still searching for a few items that were on our shelves - can't seem to find them as we have unpacked all the boxes packed for us so that's a bit disappointing. Everything went pretty smoothly. One item was left behind & one glass frame was cracked & we replaced it. Cost was $92.00 which we paid on our own without submitting to United Van Lines.

My moving experience was great. Victor and his crews did a great job. Their inventory system was done very well too. Did not notice anything beyond very minor damage to our things.

Efficient, professional and very careful

the crew leader Patrick was amazing. He was so cordial and took such care of my stuff. The person who handled the virtual tour to get an idea of what i had Steve was perfect and the coordinator Tom kept answering all my questions and even had my items arrive earlier than expected which was just fine with me. You need to use this service. It might be a little more expensive than the others but so worth it.

The movers were great. Came on time and worked methodically to inventory everything that was needed. Mitch met us in Florida with the truck and unloaded everything within a few hours. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. The whole process worked very smoothly.

The whole process was seem-less. Even when I had to push back the move by a week - whenever I had a question or change all I heard was either a quick answer response or ‘we’ll take care of it’. Now for the crew that loaded and unloaded they were polite, packed items with purpose (care), no wall damage, patient with me in directing items to which room. I could not have had a better experience from estimator Greg to the empty truck pulling away. Best of all, pricing was very competitive.

99% excellent. Have to deduct a percent for the arrangement of the boxes in the basement. We have preferred that non basement boxes placed in more accessible position. Otherwise, the crew was super competent, personable and efficient. Nestor, Hector, Eli, Tony and Juan were all fantastic. We definitely select them again.

MY LEAD GUY'S NAME WAS I BELIEVE SAMMY, HE WAS TERRIFIC, SO WAS THE TEAM WHICH INCLUDED HIS WIFE. SO WHEN THEY WERE REMOVING THE CONTENTS FROM THE TRUCK, WE DISCOVERED A DRAWER WAS MISSING. THERE WAS ANOTHER DELIVERY ON THE TRUCK FOR SOMEWHERE IN MASSACHUSETTS ALSO, SOMEONE ACTUALLY DELIVERED THE DRAWER WHICH SOMEHOW WENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE HONESTY.

From the very beginning I was extremely pleased with the thoroughness of everyone I encountered. I started out with Lori Gilroy, who was at total gem. My contact person throughout the move was Marivel Barreda. Marivel actually blew me away with her kindness, compassion and friendly nature. Marivel was also very informative and thorough to boot. The pick up and drop off teams were really great. Professional and polite

The move was so easy. The packers were professional, clean and nice. The men who picked up the furniture and the boxes were great too!

Movers were prompt...Nothing delivered broken.

Made several visits to review and accommodate changes in the move. The one thing I did not realize is that my move was to be sub contracted out. While the subcontractor was good it was a little surprising at first that my move was being done by another company.

Moving is stressful to begin with but when you’re moving out of state it’s even worse. Tami at United guided me every step of the way and was super helpful and always answered any questions I had for her. She assured me everything was going to go perfect and she kept true to her word.
