The loading was efficient and expedient. The unloading was efficient and expedient, in spite of the fact that the 40-ft van had to unload outside of the gated entry to our development!

The packing took much longer than anticipated (should gave allowed 3 days, not 2) therefore the loading day was very chaotic for me. Probably my fault for not carefully reading the “before your move” info

Everybody, from Steve Vogt, Kirsten Joyce, and the United driver Robert Chavez and both of his teams (at pick up and destination) were absolutely phenomenal. Moving can be stressful, and it’s a pleasure to recognize that there are still people in business today that work hard, take care of their customers, and don’t fret the little things. We felt that the price was fair and at no point during the process were we nickel and dime’d to death; albeit, not all customers are typically as organized as we were. All told, thank you again to the entire team for a job well done. It was a pleasure working with all of you. God bless!

Everything went well, my only complaint was that the kids at the destination who re-assembled everything that had been disassembled to move did not put things together properly. Also, 2 pieces of wood furniture were damaged.

Doug and his team were extremely professional, friendly and took such good care of our furniture and other items. I would trust my move to him again in a heartbeat.
