From the website, the Sales Rep to the Move Coordinator to the Driver, everything was done in an efficient and professional manner. I used the online checklists to help me organize everything. The packing to unloading was well organized and I felt comfortable with my decision to go with United. It was not the low bid, but it was the right vendor selection!

From the very start with Ed Franklin walking me through the house and talking about the move to Kristen his associate to sam the driver who was absolutely incredible from start to finish it's been the best move I've ever made and I've made eight moves in the last 20 years . I had the dream team!

On moving day helpers for the truck driver were late and very slow. They spent more time on their phones and chatting then packing the truck. They started at 0900 and didn't finish moving a two bedroom apartment until 1500. They ended up scratching a seating bench for the organ even before they moved it out of the apartment. I was not there when the furniture arrived but was told by my family that everything was quick and went smoothly.

Fairly good. Packers packed multiple items I didn't want packed. Movers moved multiple items I didn't want moved. Still can't find the screws for my TV base. Personnel were friendly and likeable. Delivery was on time.

The driver and crews at both ends of our move were outstanding. Communication was excellent and the move coordinator was very professional.

Everyone was courteous and kind, and made the entire move process from San Diego to New York so easy for me. Very positive experience

Overall very good. My artwork had been removed from its box and was dropped by the movers.

I was nervous about losing stuff or things breaking. All went well. Wes, the driver, put me at ease and I was glad he loaded and unload. John Navaho(spelling?) was absolutely great.

Stephen the agent who came to my home for my bid was WONDERFUL! He made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. My driver Dana actually lives in my hometown just down he street! He was wonderful and very prompt always staying in contact. Thank you for a great and easy move!!

Very well coordinated and Kirsten was readily available to answer all our questions. The move packet was very helpful as well as the estimator. We were a little surprised when the moving truck showed up and appeared there was little to just enough room for our things. Our stuff was delivered on time. Thank u very much.

The Allstate Moving Systems personnel were professional, honest, courteous, cost effective, and delivered our furniture, undamaged, on time, and on budget. Descriptions of "moves gone wrong" are all over the internet - this was a "move done right" - from the office personnel who coordinated the move, the person who took the time to accurately estimate our load (our belonging were located in a storage unit), and the driver with his loaders. All first rate. In the email we received asking our feedback, it stated "We are committed to providing services that exceed your expectations." Mission accomplished! Thank you for your superior efforts on our behalf.

Everything from the initial estimate to the delivery of my household item with United was an awesome experience. The Driver was an ultimate professional along with the move coordinator. They were friendly knowledgably and great to work with. I have already recommended them to a coworker who is planning on using them.

Excluding a small issue with the delivery of my leather sofa... the driver Mike was beyond excellent, just him alone I would use United Van Line again!!
