The move was smooth from start to finish. Very easy. Loved that the coordinator (Jessica) constantly checked to see how things were going with the move. The movers that loaded and unloaded me were quick, professional, and patient.

Best move ever!!! Exceptional "load master" and driver, Bob Messman!!! In all my moves I have never experienced a more knowledgeable and customer focused individual - absolutely outstanding in every aspect of our move. Chris Wells did a wonderful job introducing us to Dependable Relo and evaluating our house pre-move. Very informative and like Bob, very honest! And Jessica Edquid was so nice and reassuring in staying in touch with us before, during and after the move - kudos! The guys who packed and loaded us (under Bob's instruction) were outstanding as well. I have never had our household goods packed better. As testimony to this I have to admit that after the move I myself managed to drop a dish pack marked fragile that contained our most delicate china & glasses down a stairway onto our concrete basement floor. Upon opening I found nothing broken or even displaced - all was packed securely. Could not be more pleased - Thanks to all!!!

Communication great from Mr. Chris Well and Amy. Driver, Mr. Kyle and partner Lyrek were awesome with pack process and in making things easy to understand.

All around, my experience was excellent. Chris Well was friendly, informative, and supportive during the estimate. Amy Cortez was detail oriented and stayed in communication very well throughout the process as the move coordinator. Alex (the driver) and his crew were awesome! Super friendly, helpful, respectful, careful and efficient with their packing, and kept me informed. The goods were delivered in the middle of a moderate snow storm in Ohio to 2 locations after being delayed for other highway accidents and they remained upbeat, friendly, and efficient with the snow and weather complications. I had an EXCELLENT experience, thank you!

The overall move was very easy and handled well. I wasn't present for the packing/loading (my wife was, as I had already relocated) but the unloading crew was great and went out of their way to make things easy. Everything from our initial quote and service was also a positive

Our driver Frank made our move happen without a doubt. Everything went reasonably well.

It was a good move. We felt well taken care of.

The set up, load out, storage for 8 months,and delivery were flawless. Nothing was missing although did have some damage.

The movers were courteous, on time, and loaded and unloaded quickly. Definitely would use them again.

Chris was super friendly and helpful getting us quoted and adjusting as what our list of what was staying or going changed. Amy was awesome checking in with us and reminding us of things coming up and steps we still had to take. Our packers were super nice and careful with our beloved things. The driver, Phillip, was great. He directed the load so our things were protected and safe. The unloaders were careful and went the extra mile. Every single person did a fantastic job. I couldn’t ask for more!

The people doing my move were professional, personable, responsible, and went the extra mile for me. I would hire them again in an instant. I would also recommend United unequivocally

Troy was great and knowledgable same with his pack crew from San Antonio. The delivery i think the guys should be younger and motivated. With the delivery Troy did most of the work.

This was our first move using professional movers. Everyone and I mean everyone at Dependable Relocation Services went out of their way to make our move a success. I would like to especially thank Dan L., Marivel B., and Chris W. for their hard work, and for putting us at ease regarding the move and answering all of our questions. Not one item was broke and all items were accounted for. I felt that the movers were treating our possessions as though they were their own. Dan L. - our truck driver/foreman - was great to work with and was on time for pickup/delivery and kept us updated with texts and phone calls. Will definitely use United again.

From start to finish the commucation aspect of the move was, absolutly top notch. All involved were very kind and respectful. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Would recommed United Van Lines in a heart beat.

Overall move experience was mixed - some parts were very well done and some were less well done and could have easily been done better, which I will cover in the detailed comments to follow.

All associates Ispoke with in person and on the phone were very friendly and professional.

Fantastic crew's

The movers were so helpful! They communicated with me at every point. They went above board with helping us with the arrangements to packing taking extra care in the packing the breakable glass.

Truck driver & assistants were efficient & courteous.

They went above and beyond to do a great job for us, especially the lady and man that the did the drop off. They had to bring all of our things down a long driveway using dollies in the freezing cold, and they did it with a smile on their faces and were so amazing. Please give them our gratitude again!!

The move went well, the packers were friendly and the truck driver was helpful, friendly and well organized.

Great job by movers. Had a few items that didn't make the move well, but all in all, a great move.

The experience was fantastic and seamless on United's and Dependable Relo's part as well as the folks contracted to move our belongings. Tammy Swader, Ernest Pena and his team, Amy Cortez and the guys with Daryl Flood were great!

This is the 1st move I have had in which nothing got broken or went missing!
