The overall move was good. The mover and help on both ends were very polite, helpful and worked very hard

The move was good and the helpers were excellent.

Overall, it was a bit intimidating and stressful, but would likely purchase a moving package from the company again.

Generally it was a good experience. Due to truck problems, they showed up very late and left late in the evening which was an inconvenience. A few items were damaged during the move. Two different drivers were involved because of the truck breakdown.

From our initial contact through to the final phase of the move, your personnel were professional, friendly, helpful and courteous.

Both men were very good and real hard workers arriving at 10 am Thursday morning and working straight thru to 6pm they were very courteous and polite and careful not to mess up our newly painted walls We only have a small antique table broken and unfortunately came down with flue so moving very slow opening our boxes but what was opened so far arrived great The three men that packed us in SC did a fabulous job and would like them acknowledged as well

The move went smoothly overall. Packers and movers were efficient and courteous and asked questions throughout the process so we could clarify and know what was being done. Upon reading descriptive inventory detailing supposed damage and worn items, we had a good laugh. It seemed like everything we owned was damaged or scratched in some way, even new items like the dining room set that has barely been used. It was noted that scratches were everywhere and the seats badly worn. That is odd because it has only been used on a few occasions. Other items were noted with worn or scratched areas, etc. It is just not so. We watched a lot of the packing and wrapping and the off loading and did not see anyone with a clipboard noting all the described damage. That list is bogus and not accurate at all. In any event, our furnishings arrived in good shape and order as far as we are concerned.

Best move we have ever had, and we've had a few. The AC White Team in Savannah is first class!

Couple of items damaged in transit or storage, not certain which. The guys doing the actual moving process where we were present seemed very competent and careful, but damage did occur.
