Move went very smooth, got goods delivered earlier then promised

In general the move went well. The scheduling and execution aspect could have been better. Both the packing of the house and the execution of the CMS aspect were both delayed by 1 day due to scheduling issues. We were also frustrated by the driver availability issue to move our household goods which generated unnecessary stress. In the end it did work itself out. We did incur material damage which we will now have to deal with and hopefully this will not be a overly frustrating experience.

Ayla was a great coordinator. Robyn was very personable and did a great job estimating the moving costs. Lisa and her packing team were efficient and quick. Dennis and his moving team did a wonderful job.

Mostly positive experience. Packers did not have some needed supplies resulting in hanging clothes stuffed into boxes and requiring dry cleaning upon unpacking. Arrival time of loaders and driver not coordinated. Packers, loaders and driver all very professional with good attitudes.

All of the negatives regarding the moving experience are related to the individual who provided the moving cost estimate. These included difficulty in firming up a moving date and underestimating the cost of moving by approximately $1,200.

The entire process was great! Theresa B and our driver Bill were the best. We have moved across country 4 times and this was so smooth, great communication and a pleasure to work with your team.

There were three aspects which I experienced during the moving process. The first involved the person who did the initial estimate. Although I'm not certain, I think his name was James Brightly. We had three estimates from different moving companies and Mr. Brightly's professionalism, knowledge, and general attitude were a deciding factor in why we chose your company. Additionally, the administrative support we received during the move was excellent. I spoke with Ayla a number of times and felt she was helpful in every way as well as positive and friendly. However, our experience with Tom was the most impressive overall. Tom was exceedingly competent in all aspects of our moving process. He was especially reassuring during a stressful time for us. The high level of his professionalism, understanding, and guidance during our moving process was well above expectations. I believe Tom should be recognized for his excellent quality of service in representing your company.

I know it's probably challenging to give a smaller delivery window, ,but two weeks is a long time to be waiting around for my belongings to arrive. As a single, full-time employed woman, it made it hard on my work schedule and personal schedule not knowing when my stuff was coming.
