I was very happy at how fast my furniture was delivered to my new place. Overall from start to finish everything went wonderful!

Loved working with all your employees. Jeff Salita did a great job estimating, Jenny Craig was instrumental in getting the details right and checking in frequently to be sure everything was fine. Both crews were amazing.they got everything packed, loaded and unloaded with ease despite extremely hot temperatures and high humidity. All crew members were pleasant and professional. The icing on the cake though was our Driver, Shelton Boyer. He was outstanding. So organized and positive in his outlook. He encouraged everyone and kept the whole atmosphere joyous. Very pleased with the care and concern all displayed towards our property, as well as our outlook during this stressful time. Thank you for a great experience.

Origin went well, destination was a bit disorganized. Driver went to wrong entrance. Workmen got lost and were late. Workmen tended to not handle some things with the care they should have.

My experience was great. The packers did a great job and the movers did a good job putting all my things in a storage unit. All in all i could not ask for a better experience.

Overall, we are satisfied. The cost was higher than expected by a little. They didn't deliver our antique Arabian arch with shipment. Took almost 2 weeks to find the arch and deliver it.

All went well. I thought some of the local hires for unloading seemed to be in a hurry when I would ask them to do something.

The movers were both efficient and considerate to our needs. They performed their duties in a timely manner. The one disappointing element was the additional cost. The price increased from a $5,500 estimate to a final cost of $8,000 (60% increase)

All phases were very professionally handled....packing, loading, shipping, and unloading. Jenny Craig was excellent in communicating to us on every step. A job very well done.

Inventory list was handwritten very poorly and no stickers used to number boxes. Made bingo sheet difficult to read. Also a delay in uncrating service which was a big inconvenience. Then issue with payment processing and card had to be refunded and charged again. The unpacking service was not clear on their responsibilities at the destination and moving agent was not available.

Overall the process was smooth. I did however have some broken furniture and broken bowls (bowls I've had since childhood) so they was extremely upsetting.

Movers were great that loaded us in South Carolina. It was the one who was to unload us in Pennsylvania that was another story all together. Told us he was going to unload the large truck by himself as he could not get a crew. We did not feel comfortable with this and called our liason in SC. From then on the truck operator had an attitude and the maintenance man at our apartments told us he heard him talking disrespectfully about us on his cell phone to someone. This made it a very stressful experience for us.

My only complaint is that many of the boxes that we designated to be delivered to our condo were taken to the storage facility instead.

The initial contact was favorable, but I later learned that I had been rushed into saying what I was willing to pack. The result was an additional $1,500 charge. Miscommunication! When the truck arrived, they had no idea they had to pack anything! Wrong! WHY!!! But the driver was delightful (Guy). My shipment had to go into storage instead of my new home, so the full service move I paid for including assembling of some major items is not possible. My bad luck. No, not entirely satisfied.

United staff helped in every way possible to create a stress free experience. I could always count on a prompt response to any questions and was kept up to date on both my household move and automobile transport. They were very professional and I always felt I was in good hands and had made an excellent choice in United.

Our pick up on 1/2/17 was a perfect move despite the rain. The team was professional, efficient, and purposeful in completing the task at hand. They treated our belongings as their own, and prepped the paths that they needed to navigate by covering the floors appropriately, and by using shoe covers. Matt was the lead for that team with paperwork, but all worked together as a team. The delivery on 1/6/17 was not the same. The floors were not covered on all pathways, they did not wear shoe covers, and seemed disconnected to the task at hand. Unfortunately a headboard that was new was damaged. In Greenville it was shrink wrapped, padded and boxed. On the Pittsburgh end they unboxed and unwrapped it in the truck, and when I saw it in the house I was asked, "was this like this?" I was not happy at all. They should not have taken the padding off until that piece was through the door, and in the MBR. I told them of course not, it left Greenville intact.
