I don't know what an Excellent move would be, but this one was very good.

I would say that, overall the experience was good. Driver Carl West and his co-driver were both incredible. They finished my move on time. This is despite having to swap my furniture between trucks twice during the journey, and also stopping in Kansas first. To make matters worse, upon arriving at my new apartment building, the main service door was broken and the freight lift was not working. I helped as best as I could, but they did all the heavy lifting without complaining at all. Having said althat, the one thing keeping me from giving a perfect 10/10 review is this: a few of my items got damaged. Considering the extra obstacles faced during the move, a few cracked glasses, vases, and storage tubs is not the end of the world. But it does mean I can only give a 9/10 review. Great experience, friendly employees. Just one small critique is I feel the local crew (in Austin) who assisted the drivers load my stuff could have been a tad more careful with my more fragile items.

Very friendly and professional people. Hard working and considerate. No broken or missing items. Could be a little less expensive and faster delivery time. Entered my phone number wrong (transposed) and didn’t correct after I sent email to request it switched. More attention to detail and faster response time would be perfect. Seemed too busy during busy season (summer) and discount for the slower season (fall) was disappointing ($5).

Packers did a good job, only on broken plate. Inventory system/stickers where helpful to track all boxes. Loading was excellent team. Unloading was understaffed, late arrival.

Overall, a good experience. The movers in Austin who loaded our belongings were professional and efficient. Head guy was courteous, but impatient and condescending at times; however, we were very, very impressed with the Albuquerque crew Mr. Lopez brought to unload. Excellent group.

Overall good experience. Would have like to have seen more proactive engagement (follow up /check in) with the main agent over the move. However, they were promptly responsive when reached out to.

Logistics were generally good, and the delivery team was careful, professional and courteous. Only issue was confusion with scheduling the artwork un-crater.

The crew on both ends who moved me were terrific. I can't say enough good things about them. They were friendly, patient, helpful, caring considerate of each other. You should be proud to have them as employees and do everything you can to make sure they stay with you

I had a cross country move and ultimately picked United because I was told there would be no added fees and they would set up all 3rd party vendors. I was disappointed in the "full service packing" service I purchased because it was only packing and not unpacking included. I discussed the unpacking logistics with my agents at least two separate times and on the day of "unpacking" I was told I didn't purchase it. I also purchased tvs dismounted and rehung. On the rehung side, I was charged an addition $250, which I signed on and then after the installion, was sent a bill from United for nearly $400 in "added fees." This still has not been resolved as I feel it is highly unprofessional to throw such charges on a client who signed a contract for $250 and paid it. I was fairly satisfied with the move, but the agent miscalculated my household goods and I had to make a trip to UPS to ship one box to my new house because it didn't fit on the truck. It was a close call for regardless!

There was confusion between the packers and movers on having several items set to deliver to a rental house with the remainder going to a storage unit.

The pick up went well. The delivery was a little late in the day as there was confusion on which entrance to come tonin our gated community. The driver was excellent, courteous and involved. The two local crew did a fine job but weren't as careful as we would have liked, but they had everything in the house before dark.
