Excellent!! All staff were wonderful-Jeff and Jessica were great. They both said they were there to support and decrease the anxiety that accompanies a move and they did it! Jessica was always patient with my multiple questions. Felix and his staff on both ends were grea. Nothing missing and nothing broken which has not been my experience with other companies moves. All customer interested!! A great group- highly recommend them!

UVL, specifically Jessica Bartel, was very accommodating to me. The quote process was very helpful for me to stay within my budget and the move itself was wonderful. The moving team-Frank Ferris- was meticulously careful with my belongings and very courteous to me. I have used UVL twice before will definitely use UVL again if the opportunity comes about. it was easy had to wait for quite a while for it to arrive though. Was supposed to be delivered between 9/28-10/8. Arrived 10/21.

I have moved approximately 17 times in the last 25+ years. I’ve used multiple different movers. I can say unequivocally that this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was courteous, prompt, polite, informative, and meticulous.

Very professional and kind and good notifications about arrival time window and driver in day of moving out and back in, calling with 30 minutes or less arrival time to address!

ANDY the driver made the whole experience wonderful. The packers on both ends were good...but ANDY was awesome! He was communicative, friendly, hardworking, and really cared for our belongings as his own. If I were moving again and he were the driver, I would hire him in a heart beat even if it was at a higher cost compared to other companies!

After receiving quotes from four different carriers, we selected Allstate Moving Systems for our full service move from California to Nevada. Stuart Siegel visited our home and made careful observations and was transparent about the estimate and schedule. On packing day, Randy and Brent ensured that all our household goods were properly wrapped and boxed. The next morning, Arnaldo, Angel, and Victor cheerfully negotiated our belongings through narrow spaces and stairs with considerable skill and speed onto the moving van. A week later, Brandon and Daniel delivered our household goods. They lifted a large piece of furniture across a lawn and over a wall to prevent any damage to walls and doors. Brandon and Daniel made sure that all our furniture was assembled and in place, that boxes were stacked where we wanted. Our experience with Allstate Moving Systems, from the reasonable price to the friendly and professional staff, far exceeded our expectations.

I had called many companies to arrange this move and didn't have enough confidence in any of them to book the move. Then I called United and felt comfortable from the beginning. The move was so much easier than I expected and everything arrived in perfect condition.

We really appreciated the service Jessica Bartel (Allstate Moving) provided with consistent updates on all the times, schedules for packing, moving, delivery information. Everything arrived safely and the overall experience was well worth the cost. The United quote was not the highest either so we were extremely satisfied with cost and service!

Great service during the entire process. From getting a quote, to preparing for the move, to loading, to tracking the shipment, to unloading. Everything went fine and everybody was very good at what they do.
