Scheduled door-to-door move. Five days prior to pick up, was told driver's truck broke down. Move would be picked up one day early, and bring to warehouse til another truck found. Unacceptable! I insisted on crating at my house! Day of move, not enough crates brought to the house. One crate later crated at warehouse! This was not at all what I ordered and paid for! Fortunately, nothing was lost and although delivery date was touch and go, and two days late, all items received. Warehouse in Salisbury MD at delivery end were excrotionsl and went out of their way to deliver soonest!

The employees and owners of Blue Line Movers are excellent people with wonderful people skills and were very fast with the move. They were in and out on loading the truck in 1 and 1/2 hours. Could not believe how fast and yet thorough and careful they were in moving everything.

My husband and I set this up from Idaho to move his brother from Iowa to Idaho. The customer service over the phone was great. The gentleman that went to there house for the estimate was good to them. The driver was great he worked with us as far as the timing of delivery of the household items. The driver was polite, very good at his job, fast at unloading.
