United Debuts Partnership Feature in MyUnited Move Portal for Every Phase of Moving Process

ST. LOUIS (June 23, 2022) – Last spring, United Van Lines launched the MyUnited Move Portal, its proprietary web-based application designed to help customers move easily and with confidence. With guidance at every step of the moving process, the MyUnited Move Portal supports the management of the moving experience early and when it matters most.   

The MyUnited Move Portal is a time management tool that provides ongoing updates and quick access to contacts and data related to a move. It also provides customized, easily accessible contact functionality for various steps of a move, including auto-populated contact information for each customer’s specific move coordinator, estimator and booking agent. Other beneficial features include the ability to review an estimate, make payments, review and e-accept documents, submit high-value inventory and more!  

 This spring, United Van Lines announced a new feature in the MyUnited Move Portal to further enhance the customer move experience. The partnership team at United Van Lines has established valuable relationships with third-party companies who provide much needed services customers find useful when buying and selling a home and moving to a new location, such as in the areas of junk-removal, home insurance, utilities locators and home security. These companies provide additional customer benefits, like cost and time savings, during the stressful transition period customers face when leaving their old home and setting up a new one. While reviewing partner services within your MyUnited Move Portal, customers can learn about the benefits and simply select which services are applicable to their needs — and from there, connect directly with our partners through custom, co-branded experiences. These are useful services that customers frequently want to address when transitioning into a new house, and United Van Lines’ relationships with these companies can simplify all these extraneous tasks that arise with a change of primary residence, while providing exclusive complimentary benefits and eligibility for savings.
