Awarded for Safety & Service Excellence

United Van Lines congratulates David Cambell, a van operator for United Van Lines agent Safeway Logistics in Indianapolis, Indiana, for receiving the 2015 Super Van Operator Award for Special Commodities. The award is given annually by the American Moving & Storage Association in recognition of van operators who demonstrate an excellent record in safety and customer service during their careers.
Other judging criteria for the award includes miles driven, accidents, lifetime driving record, time out of service for any hours of service or equipment violations, financial responsibility, community involvement, customer service, driving awards and outside interests and activities. AMSA will present the award to Cambell at its Annual Education Conference & Expo, held March 20-23, 2016 in New Orleans.
This is the second time AMSA has honored Cambell with this award. Cambell is also a three-time recipient of United Van Lines’ Van Operator of the Year, most recently receiving it at the van lines’ October 2015 annual conference. Campbell resides in Norman, Oklahoma.
