I liked that Gregg came out and estimated the job. He really gave us some good suggestions and recommendations. Very thorough!! Scott and his crew did such an excellent job on the day of pickup!! Professional service. Excellent communication

Service was good. One kitchen cabinet was not packed prior to packing team's departure. Had to self pack it and add it to inventory list next day. Delivery and unpacking were good but coffee table beveled glass top was broken on arrival and armoire unit had a broken door. Claims adjuster repaired broken door but I am still waiting for an update from claim filed. Had to call claims department today since I had not heard from anyone. They are reviewing the claim and will follow up with next step.

We had Sean and Mike as the movers and they were great. Very personable and professional. They put our boxes in the room we asked them to and took their time. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Very professional crew 5-person team moved everything out of my old home, transported to my new home and repositioned everything in my new home. No damage to anything, very smooth operation.

It started quite poorly as movers arrived early to do some pre-work and then packed our entire kitchen while we were still needing to live in the home. They packed things that were needed, they packed things we were going to donate and they China from a great grandmother without being aware of its historical and sentimental value. This early packing and not following our direction created a lot of stress, totally avoidable. My wife would not use United again, I would.

Everyone was very polite and took a lot of care with our belongings. Greg and Michelle always took the time needed to respond to our questions. He received our furniture just is the main driver of the truck had said. He was also the best, and I believe it was his nephew that went with him with the ride down to Texas both exceptionally good.

Overall the move was fine. Only a few items broke/ got damaged.

The packing team was efficient, but they also packed heavy things on top of fragile things in boxes and caused damages. The driver, loading team and delivery team were very friendly and excellent.

Overall, everything went well for a long-distance move. The communication was very good with Michelle in the office, and she was always easy to reach when I had questions. She was always helpful with answers and kept in touch with us throughout the move so we knew what to expect. The movers showed up a day later than what was scheduled, but we were able to adjust our schedules, so it worked out. We appreciated Greg as an estimator. He not only came and gave us estimate but helped us better understand the whole moving process. When we went to the warehouse for used boxes, the crew there were very helpful as well. Curtis Bonds and his helper Cody loaded up our things and then delivered them to our new home. Entire team was efficient and great

The Chicago crew of Nick and Patrick was awesome. These two individuals really worked hard. The packaging crew (3 workers) on the day before the move did a great job. Not a thing was damaged. The local crew in Greensboro was no so good. They were late to arrive and had to leave at 6pm. That left Nick and Patrick having to stay until 9am and then finish up the following day. We appreciated their willingness to stay and get the entire job done.

Everyone that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The crew that picked up and delivered went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth move.
