The move was perfect!

The workers were efficient and courteous. They were helpful to place boxes or furniture where requested. They were early (timing was ok) and finished in about 2 hours. They were also very kind to move heavy boxes for me when I started to move them myself. We did have one box that rolled off the ramp to the driveway. I am glad I did not send any other fragile items or china with them as things were unloaded in bulk. I will note that there were no specific fragile markings on boxes so books /clothin

NICE JOB. VERY EFFICIENT

The load team did a good job packing our larger items (TV, Hitchcock Table and Chairs, Corner Wooden Hutch). The delivery was made as planned. The two-man delivery team was amazing since the entire load had to be walked up to a second floor apartment. Items that were disassembled (TV, Sleep Number Bed) were reassembled. Only a few lids to plastic boxes of clothes were damaged.

Generally, the move experience was highly professional & efficient from packing to labels on boxes to loading & unloading.

The entire process went well. The three men who moved us did a great job.

Whatever you pay those guys, it’s not enough. They were the hardest working crew I ever saw.

The mover we used came highly recommended by a consultant friend. They turned out to be excellent! I don’t know if a local United Van Lines moving company would be as good, from our new location.

From the personnel that packed up our house to the driver that picked up and delivered our house effects, nothing but outstanding personnel. All very professional.

Exceptional service in both packing my household goods and delivery to my new home. The staff were very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly.

I didn't prefer my packing team, they packed unorganized boxes and I had to repack 2 due to breakable items not being protected. A teapot was packed with cast iron (it broke) the movers in va and ga were great, friendly and polite.

This is my 3rd time moving in 2 years and United definitely helped relieve stress. The guys that picked up my stuff were great they were in and out quick! Although my stuff arrived a little later than expected due to truck trouble which I totally understand everything went smooth with drop off.

Our driver Lacy was just the best! Totally professional, and his crew worked very hard to make sure nothing would get broken! And it didn’t!!

Move was conducted by Hilldrup Moving by Pablo and his team. They were excellent. They were careful with my items, great with communicating when my pickup and drop off times and patient with moving items up 3 floors (no elevator) into my new apartment.

Great service, friendly workers, clear communication and an overall really positive experience.

Everyone who came to help pack and load the trucks were very professional and very kind. It helped with the stress and worry about moving your valuables.

Manny and David were great! Manny was a pleasure to work with! He was professional and made sure everything was placed just where we wanted it. Both Manny and David worked so hard all day. My only complaint is that some boxes noted for the apartment ended up in storage and some boxes intended for storage came to the apartment. My vacuum cleaner ended up in storage and as we couldn't access it, we had to buy another one. However, these are minor inconveniences and the overall experience was excellent.

Of our 16 moves over the years, this one was the best. Nothing missing, nothing damaged.

The movers at both ends of the move were respectful of the property and nice people easy to work with.They were always on time

It went smoother than I could have imagined! We were very satisfied with the entire process. Melody constantly checked in on us and was always available to talk to me. Fred, our mover, and his assistant (who for the life of me I can't remember his name), were very personable and were very skilled in moving us from VA to NC. They felt like family before they finished this job.

The people were super friendly and helpful. They were willing to accommodate us in any way. That's what stands out the most; they genuinely care about the people they serve.
