Jesse, led the move in a highly professional manner. He easily adapted and solved any and all challenges of our complex move effectively and quickly. He was personable and considerate to us and his staff throughout the move. He also did well motivated his crew to get things done in a timely manner while handling our goods with appropriate care. End to end we are very happy with the service provided by Untied Vanlines as led by Jesse onsite.

The experience was a 10 out of 10 rating ! Don Walta and Sandra Dempster were always only a phone call away and very helpful and informative on all the questions I had asked them and it was a lot !! The crews that loaded our belongings in Glendora Ca were great,they were very polite to us and worked very well together as a team, and the same goes for the crew at our end destination in Spokane Wa. None of our items were missing or damaged, A big Thank You goes out to them all .?

Everyone from the customer care consultant to the movers themselves were nice, respectful, and handled my move as if it were their own. I really appreciate every single person from United Van Lines who helped me move. Thank you for the easy, stress free move.

The move itself took longer than I would have preferred. Packing and un-packing was a good experience. Packers' use of paper is a bit excessive and leads to a lot of debris.

I was very satisfied with all employees. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful. The move coordinator had great communication by calling me several times. The truck driver/lead mover was very good at listening to what I wanted. The four other movers were very professional in wrapping and boxing items to ensure there was no damage. At the new house, the lead mover and two other movers were careful with moving everything in.

My only issue was with scheduling. When my belongings left my house, I didn't yet know when they would be delivered to the new place. I was told that because I had less then a truckload, and was crossing state lines, that this was normal . I don't care what normal is. I care about great customer service and this was not. If this is the state of customer service in your industry, you are at high risk of being overthrown by some app that better coordinates moves.

The pack out of our home on Va. was hectic. No rhyme or reason why something’s ended up in boxes. Still finding things that were not tagged appropriately. Most likely a language barrier, as most of the staff in Va. didn’t speak English
