The entire experience from the start to the end of the move was wonderful. Cindy was an incredible communicator about everything from the start.... easy to reach at all times and helped to answer any questions we had along the way. Nick was our driver/mover. He did a wonderful job during the move and made it an easy overall experience.

From my initial contact with Brandie Bearden to our Driver Fitz we realized that we were in good hands.

Packing occured while I was away on business, so my parents had to sign off on everything on the way out. But, from what they told me and showed me, everything was handled with care and professionalism.

Easiest move we’ve ever had - the packers were quick and efficient, and the loading/unloading was professional!

Steve Hyman did a great job of laying the job out. Driver Chris was great, guiding both teams, Puma in SoCal and the Idaho boys in Boise. Both teams, in Socal and Idaho were great.

From start to finish everyone involved in the total move process were very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Moving is a challenge to start with but from the estimate to the final delivery, everyone I worked with during my move was awesome! Thank you for making an easy process!

Roland was extremely professional and efficient with the move. His crew was well organized on both ends of the trip.

Our move coordinator, Cindy Bingham, was great. She communicated well and frequently gave me updates about the move. Unfortunately, the truck broke en route and it took a few days to fix. This delayed our delivery. Our moving team in Seattle was unprepared for the size of our love but completed it in a timely fashion. Our movers in CA were excellent and did not have any damage.

Cindy was absolutely wonderful! She kept us informed on the status of our move, driver availability, estimated expenses, etc. She made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner and was always available whenever we had questions. Our movers were also fantastic! They were professional, timely, and very hard working! They definitely helped make our move much more streamlined.

It was smooth, although much of what we had was already packed up. I had to make change requests to the packers to add more padding but they ended up running out of blankets. As a result we had a few damages. There was a newer guy on the crew who packed a dress with a doormat as an example so pack training could be better. The surveyor didn’t want the couch measurements when I offered and it ended up not fitting in the crate. Luckily the team had a couch box from a previous unpack they were able to use. F

Everyone from the team was incredibly helpful and made my cross country move a smooth, seamless process. Cindy frequently checked in with me throughout the process and everyone who helped me move was incredibly kind and professional. Having moved often within the New England area previously, I was very impressed with everyone who helped me move.

I overall had a good experience with United move. No major issues and my belongings were stored and delivered as expected.

Jesse, led the move in a highly professional manner. He easily adapted and solved any and all challenges of our complex move effectively and quickly. He was personable and considerate to us and his staff throughout the move. He also did well motivated his crew to get things done in a timely manner while handling our goods with appropriate care. The experience was a 10 out of 10 rating ! Don Walta and Sandra Dempster were always only a phone call away and very helpful and informative on all the questions I had asked them and it was a lot !! The crews that loaded our belongings in Glendora Ca were great,they were very polite to us and worked very well together as a team, and the same goes for the crew at our end destination in Spokane Wa. None of our items were missing or damaged, A big Thank You goes out to them all .?

Great communication and care for our items

The move itself took longer than I would have preferred. Packing and un-packing was a good experience. Packers' use of paper is a bit excessive and leads to a lot of debris.

I was very satisfied with all employees. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful. The move coordinator had great communication by calling me several times. The truck driver/lead mover was very good at listening to what I wanted. The four other movers were very professional in wrapping and boxing items to ensure there was no damage. At the new house, the lead mover and two other movers were careful with moving everything in.

My only issue was with scheduling. When my belongings left my house, I didn't yet know when they would be delivered to the new place. I was told that because I had less then a truckload, and was crossing state lines, that this was normal . I don't care what normal is. I care about great customer service and this was not. If this is the state of customer service in your industry, you are at high risk of being overthrown by some app that better coordinates moves.

It was a great experience. Movers were on time and made our move very smooth.

The pack out of our home on Va. was hectic. No rhyme or reason why something’s ended up in boxes. Still finding things that were not tagged appropriately. Most likely a language barrier, as most of the staff in Va. didn’t speak English
