Overall, the move went very well. Driver, Jason, was the nist responsive driver we've had in our 5 moves. That made it go really smooth.

The drivers and movers are great, and professional. The mover coordinator Angie Ferreira is exceptional and did wonderful job of keeping things moving and keeping me informed. She always responded to my questions and concerns promptly. The problem I have is with the after moving service. I did received after loading weight with was much less than the estimated weight, but instead of getting refund, I received a bill of $50.97. I was told at the time of estimation that the price was bounding and no additional charge would be added. Also they lost all of the wood boards for my storage shelf, but to get the answer of compensation, I have to keep bothering Angie, it is hard to get the claim department to get me information.

Everything went very well. I did have a damaged dining room table that I am waiting to show your estimator/repair person

The driver was professional and courteous. He made sure to answer any questions and provided an approximate date for delivery. He maintained excellent communication throughout the move. The crews for both loading and unloading were courteous and were careful in handling the boxes and furniture.

Everything went as planned. Chris Hobart did an excellent job in Topeka with the estimate and coordinating things at his end, including providing excellent helpers. The driver, Mark, helped with the loading and unloading, and the crew in Cary, Que and Kevin, were also very helpful.

Researched state to state movers prior, to selecting United. Very pleased with the whole process. My driver was Tracy Johnson, and I highly recommend him! Very courteous and helpful to answer all my concerns etc.
